The staff at breakfast were miserable. Breakfast was blant, dishes dirty. Same everyday. It was dirty even the staff.

The staff in reception were amazing, they gave me a free uograde when we arrived. The view was amazing.

Room stank of something akin to cigarette smoke. Asked for it to be freshened. Nothing. No housekeeping visit.

Breaks me to say iv stayed here 5 times and this was the worst trip. Room smelt like an Indian restaurant. Absolutely howling of a smell. Kinda put me off coming back and i really like this hotel aswell Really need to offer free wifi to the guests. Not fair when you are in the lower floors

Early check out otherwise extra £ even though regular customer, would be nice to have a little bit of loyalty concession! As I've previously experienced this, would be nice to have consistency in customer experience. Bed was smaller than usual one. One staff member customer experience wasn't great - felt cold and transactional. Prefer more of a human touch.

The noise in the first room and lack of sleep!!

We had a problem with our first room as our first night there our nights sleep was very disturbed. So we spoke to reception and they moved us the following day!

There’s no wifi in the rooms unless you pay for it. Providing WiFi to customers is as basic as providing water and clean linens. Especially at the price point they have.

I stayed for long time and i was extending every couple of days due to unexpected changes in my plan. I felt uncomfortable because Some of the cleaners and kitchen employees were rude, they were coming to me and asking me for how long i am going to stay and when will i check out ,they seemed annoyed from my existance ,one of them came to my room thinking that i am checking out and he rudly spoke to me and forcfully knoked my door. I did what i could that i spoke to the manager but it was still hurtful for me to feel like this.

Wanted to get water for the room at night, even a Jog. Asked to pay nearly €5 for 1 bottle of water and only hand 1 bottle of sparkling. Also €7 for only 24 hours of WiFi was a ridiculous price.

Found the room to be quite dated and in need of a freshen up. The shower was leaking very badly which i tried to mend whilst washing. This clearly needs fixing as water was going everywhere, i tried to report it in the morning at the front desk but as the staff was so busy i decided to leave it. I dont believe this issue has just happened looks like its been leaking for a while so hopefully they will see this review and address the issue.

great location for the 02 Arena only 1 stop on the Jubilee Line. We didnt have breakfast but we did have a good nights sleep.

Very dated, my room was near the Docklands light railway so a bit noisey when trains run past (early int he morning)

Nice comfortable bed, easy check in. Well located for Canary Wharf. Much cheaper than alternatives

It’s probably one of the oldest “new “ hotels in Canary Wharf. It’s tired but it’s ok. My room was without windows and it was very warm.

I was going fees an “upgrade from a double room to a room with twin beds” which I declined as it doesn’t feel like an upgrade to me and I don’t find the twin beds very comfortable. Despite this, when I got into my room I found the “double” bed was still in fact 2 twins pushed together. Uncomfortable night sleep, but apart from that the hotel itself is reasonable value for money

It’s close to where I need to be for work and there are nice shops and eateries around

I paid £10 extra to get a room with a window, when I checked in I ended up in a room next to the lifts with no window. It was to late for me to be bothered enough to go and ask for a new room and the sign in queue was really long so it would have taken a long time.

It was cheap for its location and passable from a hygiene and quality perspective. If you are just looking for a basic bed and a bathroom, this is great, just don't expect anything more
