Few items not very clean, oven and cooker, pots and pans not washed. Provided cutlery but no cooking utensils. Fan in bathroom didn’t work.

No TV aerial so if you want to watch TV you have to switch between the apps and you have about 10 channels.

Location is ideal. Price was good. Easy to talk to staff if any problems arise. Check in was very easy. Would definitely recommend these apartments.

As the apartments are necessarily close together, then anyone who tends to turn up in the early hours of the morning may not shut the doors particularly quietly and this woke me up several times. The TV had an issue as it was trying to play two different channels at once (stuck on Google movie trailers), but you I didn't spend too much time trying to watch in the end.

Very secure accomodation (two key codes for the main door and room door), and plenty of room to spread around. Decent cooking facilities (which I didn't use, but maybe if I'd had a longer stay I would have) which were clean and contained enough crockery, glasses and pans to cope with everything. Very compact bathroom, but with a decent fan for steam. Maybe an idea to dring your own soap for the shower as there was only handwash available by the sink. Plenty of twels though. Wi-fi was secure and reliable so my laptop / mobile didn't have a problem. It was cold when I visited, but there was a very effective and easy to use heater which warmed up the apartment quickly. There is an excellent, friendly and professional customer service via the number(s) provided when you book.

cheap, functional, and basic but had hot water, a small kitchen and comfy bed. There's not much choice in Huddersfield centre so this option was great. Thank you :)

Unfortunately on my last night a couple who were in the building argued throughout the night and I wasn’t able to sleep. No fault of the hosts but nothing was done about them.

The facilities, location and ease of check in were good!

There was a lack of toilet paper as we only had one roll and the water didnt seem to be getting hot during our stay but this was only a brief stop.

I found the apartment to be cosy and utilise the space effectively. The bed was very comfortable and the smart TV allowed us to watch a range of channels. The facilities on offer were as though we were at home.

General noise from other apartments is easily heard. Bathroom door handle loose - although to be fair to the owners / managers they are having refurbishments undertaken so this could be scheduled for addressing

Apartment itself is generally well maintained. Ideal location for my requirements - approx 10 mins walk from Rail Station. Contact for apartment friendly and easily reachable by phone

Communication of door access code - I had previously been sent two different PIN codes to access key box, neither of which were correct; I emailed to try and clarify this but got no response. However, phoned the owner on arrival and got the correct code. Parking was some distance away, on the other side of a very busy road.

Very handy location as we were performing at a venue just around the corner. Kitchen facilities were good if rather tiny, and enabled us to get our own breakfast and be off very early next morning.

The next door neighbors blasted music at all hours of the night.. not the property’s fault, but it definitely made it hard to sleep some nights. Also there was no elevator so it is not disability friendly. Besides that it was a great place to stay.

It was a very nice room, the decor was lovely and there was even tea packets and milk in the fridge. The bed was extremely comfy (I have spine damage so this was really important to me!) and the wifi signal was great.

Neighbours next door were extremely loud and noisy, music blasting, shouting, lots of people coming and going regularly. It didn’t help as the walls seem thin.

I liked the location, it was within 1 minute of everywhere I needed to get to. The apartment was clean and inviting and there was also milk in the fridge and tea and coffee in the kitchen which was a nice extra. The bed was comfortable to the point that I actually asked for a late check out because I didnt want to get out of bed. Next time I need a hotel in Huddersfield I'll be looking for this one first

There wasn't anything i didnt like. The only thing I couldn't find was an oven glove but there were plenty of towels but it was such a minor thing it almost feels like nit picking

I didn’t like anything about it as they wouldn’t let me stay unless I paid a extra £100 so I refunded the stay and they still haven’t gave me the money back for the stay
