Bathroom unclean and awful - effectively just a few blokes who rent out a couple of rooms. It’s not a hotel and shouldn’t really be on booking.com. Room itself was ok - no windows and goes into the communal kitchen though. Door stuck behind us. Felt vulnerable as a couple of young women using the room.

The place was not clean. The bathrooms have been filthy and gross. Toilets were not cleaned. Shower and bathtub were moldy and not well cleaned. The owners had a habit of cooking in the kitchen after 10pm so the whole house smelled of food. Also the place is very loud.

This is NOT the owners fault, rather it was booking.com ‘s. They had double booked the room and did not inform me, the owners of the property were trying to help with a refund but the website wouldn’t allow me to, I lost 2-4 hours of what was meant to be an exciting day for me in London by trying to find other accomodation.

The facilties were really dirty, like it hasn't seen any bleach or cleaning products ever. However owners were nice, I just think it should be kept more ip to standard. The curtain pole wasn't stable. Window wouldn't shut. The lock on door is a bit dodgy.. I would class this more as a house share than a holiday rental etc

Our room was a room off the kitchen with no windows. We could hear every word said in the kitchen, there was spiders all over and the place needs a good clean

The location, we were going to o2 and it was handy for that.

We arrived at night time and as they don't even have a reception, we couldn't get in. I paid and I couldn't sleep there because the place is apparently hidden and you can't find the access to the hotel. I was for more than 2 hrs trying to find this place, I tried to call them and nothing.. no answer. I just wasted the money

Windows did not close properly and house could do with a little refurb as a little dated but was good for quick stop off and price paid

Perfect location for the O2 arena with a little Tesco at the bottom of the street, has a nice kitchen with outside area and iron, hairdryer everything that you may need for a stay

There was significant damage to the property, bed frame and uneven flooring, the carpets were stained as well. There was very little provided in the room as well, for instance there were no tissues, and there was no hand towel in the bathroom. The stairs were so thin it was almost impossible to get up with luggage. The door to the bathroom was very stiff and often stuck so it was very hard to properly open and close it without using your whole body-weight. The host was not attentive at all, and never made themselves available for questions, when trying to check in they gave no prior inductions and I had to ask other guests for help to access the room.

I didn't like the reviews I read before coming here saying the place was poor 😐 because it wasn't poor at all it was very good indeed .so don't believe in reviews like that.

Everything it was very good, nice and clean, and I loved the kitchen that was a great bonus with the terrace outside 👌 and my room excellent 👌 plus the staff was very helpful and friendly 👌 😀 👍

my phone died and the code my room was on my phone, would definitely be easier having a key instead.

it’s definitely value for money, you get what you pay for it’s good commute into London, the bed was comfy.
