Could be a little more hotel entertainment / I couldn’t tell whether room service was available… if it was there were no menus ? but it not it would be a great asset to the hotel !

The style of the building, inside and out. The warm welcome at reception and the friendliness of the staff through out the whole of our stay. The room was bigger than expected and very clean. Bed was very comfortable. Rooftop bar was really nice and had a great view and staff very friendly and welcoming. Loved everything about this hotel and have already recommended it. It is our intention to stay here again next year.

Nicest staff who took care of any issue immediately and with class. You feel welcome! Great price for London especially for modern and clean rooms which are larger than usual. Loved the location since you can really feel the London vibe and walk everywhere without being bothered by too much tourism.

There wasn't anything that I would change about our stay. It was perfect!

The location is great, right beside tube station. The hotel is modern, clean and the staff are friendly and helpful. We were staying for my mum's birthday and the guest relations team couldn't do enough to make us feel welcome and special. Thank you so much!

The room was not cleaned thoroughly, and the rug was quite dusty. I had very bad allergies in the room, but once I left the room and entered the lobby, it was much better.

The hotel is in a great and convenient location, right by the tube and bus stations. The room was also very spacious and had great amenities.

The lift is operated by the room card, was not informed of this when checking in, caused unnecessary stress after a tiring flight to get here.

Great location for watching the Marathon, Tower Bridge, Sky Garden, Spitalfields Market and a great selection of bars and restaurants as well as easy access to the Tube and the DLR. Staff very professional and efficient, big rooms, well appointed, spotlessly clean and the most comfortable beds. Would definitely recommend for anyone looking to stay in n a great hotel in the City of London

Loved this hotel! So modern and clean, and in such a great location. Just walking distance from Aldgate and Tower Hill tube station. Was there for my 30th birthday and Devika made it so special. We got a room upgrade and the king room is absolutely HUGE. Would 100% recommend!

Excellent location with 2 metro stations within walking distance. The rooms were really comfortable with all amenities needed. The staff really helpful with all our enquiries! I would definitely come back!!

Was pretty difficult figuring out how to park outside, but that’s London. The staff were very helpful and walked to the car to collect the luggage

The canopy hotel really is the best hotel not only is it in a great location but the staff go above and beyond!! This was mine and my partners second time of staying at the canopy. Prior to arrival the hotel were aware that myself and my partner were on a trip for our anniversary when we arrived we had been given a lovely complimentary upgrade and our room had been decorated with heart balloons and petals. We were also kindly given a bottle of Prosecco and a cake with a nice card. These gestures made our stay extra special. I had requested late checkout and this was available on our day of departure so we didn't need to rush to leave. Thankyou again for the most loveliest and memorable stay. I really cannot recommend the canopy more and we will definitely be back again!!

Excellent overall....only small issue was maybe shoud have option of extra soft thinner pillows on bed. My neck hurts on chunky pillows and that disturbed my sleep a little..my husband however had a beautiful sleep .

Friendly staff ...beautiful aesthetics. ..generally lovely and welcoming atmosphere...smelt so lovely too....love love their signature scent.
