The bed. Whilst it was a great size, it was so uncomfortable. It was very thin and the shape was all distorted. Don’t use the lift if you’re in a rush!

Gorgeous characterful Hotel in a brilliant location a short walk to the Centre. The staff are all lovely and very welcoming. Breakfast was absolutely delicious both days with the best eggs florentine I ever tried! The Hotel provides a complimentary snack area which my daughter really loved! Record player and record library was great.

Rooms were very comfortable with a nice view of the City. Great location next to parks and the Pulteney bridge. Also had a nice dinner at the Bar.

The bedrooms were in need of attention as one of our windows was rotten due to condensation as well as water dripping into the lights on the windowsill. The new light switches didn’t work very well and it was quite confusing and I had to ask a member of staff to put the lights on for me, the breakfast downstairs in the restaurant was not a good quality at all, and in fact we didn’t pay for two of them. The Barman was a very sweet chap but limited in his knowledge.

Our room was quirky, and outside our bedroom was a little pantry, where we could get snacks, freshly baked chocolate, brownies and flapjacks together with crisps cold drinks, fresh milk. The bathroom was really good size with both the shower and a bath which I love. I sadly missed my appointment at the spa, but they were kind enough to rearrange it for the following day. Great location.

Real design flaw by having frosted glass on bathroom wall and door. This is only for supermodels or naked families which we are neither. If you use the bathroom at night the light wakes up tour partner. Just no

Fabulous and quirky hotel. Real attention to detail. The staff were helpful and friendly. The bar area was perfect for a cheeky drink and to hang out.

No great sound proofing. We stayed in the coachhouse downstairs and you could hear the people upstairs talking/laughing and in the bathroom.

We were met at the train station by Dylan who took our bags back to the hotel so we could explore Bath. The hotel was in a great location and very beautifully appointed.

The room was very small but we did know that when we booked so not a problem. Parking is tight. There was an issue with the hot water but it got fixed and we were happy with the service we received. There wasn’t any sweet treats in the pantry at any time of day unfortunately, maybe someone took them all.

Loved the interiors, liked the little store cupboard/ pantry, friendly staff, good location, comfortable beds.

There wasn't enough storage for 3 adults clothes, toiletries etc. hooks to hang coats would have also been useful.

The location was brilliant, so close to everything you need in the heart of beautiful Bath. The room felt opulent and so very comfortable with a great bathroom especially the shower. The pantry was an added bonus and just across the hall from our room 😊. The staff were amazing and very attentive. Finally, ensure to make use of the Spa facilities, just perfect.

We stay in the coach house at the rear of the hotel, it was fantastic, my wife requested a bath and they changed our room to accommodate her needs, the was a well stocked pantry, this is the second tie we have stayed in this hotel and will without a doubt stay there again

Amazing staff. They couldn't do enough. Breakfast was super, lots of choice. Location is great. A two minute walk to the shops but in a beautiful and quiet road.

My room was very warm and didn’t like the motion censor lights going on and off in the bathroom

Very chic, charming rooms, really liked the coffee station with the Espresso maker. Beautiful bar area and great location for walking
