Huge room, nicely decorated. Nice little touches with the record player and pantry. Nice high ceilings which give the room a touch of luxury.

The hotel location was fantastic. It was within walking distance to everything. We pre-arranged parking with the hotel, which made the visit so much easier. The staff were friendly and welcoming. The breakfast was freshly cooked and well priced.

The lobby art was a little jarring. The art installations around the property were fun and attractive…I’d only change the lobby art. Everything else was just terrific!

Our room was airy and large, high ceilings, with a large and lovely view. Comfortable bath. Comfortable bed. Good amenities. Beautiful place to sit in the garden. And everyone who worked there was incredibly nice, friendly, helpful. Location was perfect…close to everything but not in the middle of the crowds, peaceful and quiet. Also close to two wonderful gardens…Sydney Square and Henrietta Gardens.

We loved it - just a small thing, our bathroom shower door was leaking but aside from that, we thoroughly enjoyed it!

While my stay at No15 in Bath was delightful overall, I found the parking options to be somewhat limited.

The hotel is a hidden gem! From its charming decor to its impeccable service, every detail is meticulously crafted this made our stay memorable. The cozy rooms with the doll house and the record player was a fun touch, while the staff went above and beyond to cater our every need. A truly delightful experience from start to finish.

The townhouse design was very beautiful, would definitely stay there again. Great breakfast, very friendly staff and relaxing spa treatments are just to list a few of many fantastic highlights within the hotel. The location is at the very centre of Bath which provides great accessibility to the wonderful sightseeing locations within the city.
