The decor was slightly shabby in places, scuffed doors in the hallway and bathroom grouting could be smartened up.

Incredible location. Fantastic, friendly and helpful staff. Nice bar open until 2am Sunday morning. Great, secure overnight parking for only £14.

Small points but extractor fan was very noisy. It was a very warm night, appreciated the fan in the cupboard but air conditioning would be a bonus.

Lovely friendly staff, plenty of parking and easy check in. Room was clean and comfortable. Pool was fantastic with great views. Restaurant tastefully decorated and spacious, with pianist at dinner. Good food and accommodating staff.

Excellent location for our gig at factory international/Aviva studios. Lovely Indian restaurant 5 mins from hotel too. Couldn’t have suited our needs anymore. Nice bar with good selection. Nice breakfast.

Great location just off Deansgate, staff all lovely, the pool was a great addition. Breakfast offering small but well stocked and replenished through the service. I stayed with my son and it was ideal for a stay with a child

The floor of the bedroom felt grubby underfoot. The toilet mechanism had a mind of its own when trying to flush it often taking many attempts. The long walk from the car park up many steps to reach the hotel entrance was not easy with a dog and luggage.

The location was good with plenty of choice for food venues. The staff made myself and my dog welcome. The shower was good.

Please either lower the hot water temperature (preferable) or put a warning about how hot it is and how it becomes hot really quickly - there's a real danger of someone getting scalded.

Nothing, all told a decent stay. The room was ok, quite basic but comfortable. Similarly breakfast (more options on fruit etc would have been nice). Prices were inflated I think because of the conference we were attending (other hotels were double what we paid, so no reflection on this hotel).

The staff were really friendly and accommodating. The gym (well full gymnasium) was amazing.

I checked 3 times to make sure it would be 2 single beds as we are not a couple, 3 times we were told it was definitely 2 single beds..... guess what, it was a double bed! They changed our room quickly but obviously no-one checked

Great room for the price, comfortable and clean. Staff were excellent. Tea and coffee in room. Great location for what we needed. Probably 15 min walk to main shopping area. Car parking easy and secure. £14 for 24 hours next to hotel.

Being woken in the early hours by runners outside shouting "come on let's finish this" over and over but we'd had to have the window open as it was so warm as there's no air con.

Wished I could've gone and helped myself to the full English rather than it just being brought out to me.

Because of location it was a little noisy as had to keep windows open as very hot yesterday but probably in normal temperatures it wld be fine

Rooms are a little dated but the price is right - you can't have everything. All clean!

The staff were super friendly. The bar area great. Location excellent - we went to see a show and the theatre was about a 5 min walk away. Great secure parking. Couldn't fault.
