The balcony was so wonderful but there were no chairs or seating accommodations which would have been wonderful since the weather was perfect when we were there! They provide you with every kind of wine, bubbles, liquor possible but the price was through the roof and not what we expected for a high-end accommodation. I did like the property and the fact that it had 2 bedrooms and 2 baths for a family of 4 with 22-year-old kids, however, it was overpriced in my opinion and I would rather have had less bar carts (there were 2 of them filled to the brim) with eight plus, overpriced bottles of wine/alcohol and more space in the room with comfortable seating and "affordable" items so we didn't have to purchase water/wine/alcohol/soft drinks at a local store to bring back to the room.

Loved the room and the amazing service from the staff! The staff were truly amazing and quickly provided anything we needed from ice (which is a BIG plus for most Americans), to transportation arrangements, to food delivery, to dinner reservations. The beds were super comfortable and the living room/kitchenet was terrific. Floor heaters, towel heaters, sound system and modern upgraded accommodations! Loved the large balcony and skylights. Loved the daily maid service with fresh towels. Very close to Oxford street and China Town and the theatre district. If it weren't for the amazing STAFF, who were SO accommodating, charismatic, and friendly, I am not sure I would stay here again.

You can control the lighting in the room which is cool however, I did find even when you select the ‘day’ setting it wasn’t bright enough for me personally. Only a very minor thing.

I stayed in one of the apartments and it was incredible! The apartment was spacious and the decor was gothic, red and sexy. Super comfortable bed and the huge free standing bath was lovely!! The staff were so friendly and so helpful. They were on hand to assist whenever we needed them through WhatsApp! Although in a busy area, the room was soundproof so you couldn’t hear the hustle and bustle on the street outside. We visited the hotel’s bar Thirteen just on the corner on the road for some cocktails too (booked this through the staff on WhatsApp)! Very cool bar and nice cocktails. I cannot wait to stay here again! Ticked all the boxes!

Only had one toilet roll and couldn’t get ice machine working called reception but no one came even though they said they would but still loved the place

The walls were paper thin, you hear everything from the street….and it a busy street. I booked breakfast included and it was supposed to be a continental breakfast but it was non-existing. The poor breakfast took away a lot from the overall experience. They should not offer breakfast if they cannot hold a better standard.

Hot water temperamental

Vibe, decoration, sound system, bar, bath, butler and staff, and generally how cool it was.

The higher and higher suite doesn't have power sockets on the either side of the bed , the shower doesn't get that warm and there is no A.C / temperature cannot get low on the room. Only minor things though

Breakfast was awful, took 20 mins to find sugar, they kept forgetting things. The breakfast cereal bowls were nearly all empty. Not hot option. Croissants were rock hard. To see m up, not in keeping with the Hotel and for how much it cost felt ripped off.

Minor gripe but the room would randomly get really hot in the evening and we couldn’t figure out a way to get it to stop.

The location is so damn cool, it’s right in the heart of soho with plenty of bars, theaters, and restaurants in the area. Plenty of people about. Felt very safe and in the action.
