Nothing really, guy on reception not great on where we should park. Said he had a bike! And in the changing room by the pool there was just one chair.

Window couldn't be opened in the bedroom. Extractor fan in the bathroom didn't seem to work. Water pressure a bit up and down which made the shower unpredictable. No remote for TV which made it a long job to change channels. Cleaners were good with everything but need perhaps to be given a little more time to clean down the tiles in the bathroom which were a bit grubby around the bath and shower.

Good location on the seafront and only 10 minutes walk from train station. Pool area is a real bonus. Breakfast was buffet style and nice. Good value for money, have paid more for a b&b in the town. Beds were clean with a good mattress.

The reception and bar staff could smile more , they all looked depressed . The entertainment is grim with very out dated old fashioned sing alongs . Nothing in the evening for young people or children at all. Beds were not the best .

The cleaning staff work so hard and very very helpful and the rooms were spotless . It's right near the pier and town centre . The breakfast team are cheerful and go out of their way to accomodate you ,The breakfast is one of the best I've ever had.

Ask for ground floor single rooms by email as elderly relatives had to struggle with stairs to the lift right at the back of the hotel was asked to show email which I did.

The sash windows banged a bit in the wind (we like having windows open while we sleep) and that’s all.

Greeted well. Staff friendly and helpful. Room was absolutely perfect for us and very clean. Staff at breakfast (lady who’s name I didn’t get) couldn’t do enough for us. Breakfast delicious, hot and fresh. Location is fantastic. Room 116 with a beautiful sea view, will be requesting next time! Linen and towels Snow White and fresh. Towels fluffy. Pool area clean, pool warm.

The only bad thing was the windows with it being so warm without the fan we would not have been able to stay there as my partner is severely asthmatic and has to have the windows open at night. The fan definitely helped though so thank you

The hotel was lovely, nice friendly staff. Unfortunately the windows in our room did not open! It was so hot thankfully reception lent us a fan! The fan was delivered to our room quickly and the man on reception was lovely.

The reception staff were very function orientated and not at all welcoming. The small bathroom necessitating the wash basin be in the bedroom was not at all ideal.

The room cleaning staff were most excellent and very friendly. Beds were very comfortable and the room was spacious.
