Absolutely amazing room with loads of space! Great host who would always leave a sweet home baked treat in your room. The host was so nice easy to speak to and was very understanding and attentive with any of my needs. I had her number and anything I needed was given almost immediately. Really fantastic place to stay and I’ll always he back here for whenever I’m in Falmouth!

The house is beautifully appointed and enjoys a perfect location, close to the beach and the Falmouth train station. The breakfasts were divine! And the hosts couldn’t have been more kind and attentive.

What a beautiful house to stay in! Immaculate, so friendly, the most dog friendly place we’ve stayed in with huge considerations made to all who stay here. There is a separate small and cozy building to accommodate us for breakfast with the dog. I love the themed rooms, the honesty bar, the fantastic breakfast and the location. We found it easy to park and loved the sea views. Sharon and Nigel have put extensive work into this well loved house and run the business with obvious love too. The care, communication and attention to detail was appreciated so much. Thank you!

Our hosts were exceptional and made us feel loved away from home. Everyday there were parting treats from Sharon. The breakfast specials were excellent. Truly a special place away from home with new friends.

We stayed in the Bowie room which has a lovely balcony overlooking the sea and was spotlessly clean with a great en-suite bathroom and power shower. Breakfast was really lovely, as were the hosts, Nigel & Sharon who could not have been more welcoming. Easy stroll into town; even quicker for a stroll on the beach! We'd definitely return and definitely recommend Chelsea House!

Service was great, very friendly and lovely. The room was very clean and had a balcony with a nice view. The breakfast was extremely good with fresh fruits. The owner gave the guests homemade cakes or cookies every day for take away.

A wonderful, relaxing stay! Brilliant hosts who made our stay special and memorable. Breakfast was delicious and varied, we particularly loved the bean Pattie with scrambled eggs that was on special. Sharon’s delicious cake treats each day were divine. The beds were so comfy and the room spotless, we loved the balcony overlooking the sea in the Prince room. It was a perfect place to stay!

Everything about our stay was excellent, from the quality of the food to the quality of the room. All absolutely beautiful. Sharon & Nigel were so welcoming and helpful when we had to stay an extra night. Highly recommend if you visit Falmouth.

Everything!!! The huge warm welcome that continued throughout our stay, the room (with balcony), the enormous choice of breakfast options, the location is 10 min walk to town and the little ever day extras that were provided (home baking). It is no wonder it won “Best Hidden Gem” award!

Being of restricted mobility, I found the location a bit challenging.

The hosts are cheerful, happy and most helpful and they project a wish to provide a top service - which is exactly what they do!
