Excellent condition and great location. We had a lovely time staying at Church Farm, the host was friendly and welcoming. The accommodation is very close to the picturesque Louth and with many activities to do nearby.

Very good communication.The cottage heating was on when we arrived, so lovely and warm. The cottage was very clean and tidy. Milk in the fridge and plum bread was appreciated after travelling. The bed was very comfortable.

Really nice presented property located in a lovely location with a pub in walking distance who did amazing food and drink. Louth a short drive or not far to Skegness. Cadwell park was a 10 minute drive. We would definitely like to stay again

There wasn't anything we didn't like. Everything was perfect.

The cottage was in a beautiful village 8 minutes from the main town. The cottage itself was wonderful and had everything you needed for a relaxing stay. Very cosy. Extremely quiet and very welcoming.

That our stay was not long enough boys wanted to stay longer .Nothing not to like.

We had our three Grandsons with us so the Cottage was perfect plenty of space ,lovely front garden.Lovely bedrooms .The boys loved the out door space and it was quiet in the evenings so just perfect.Short walk to the village store which sold all that we needed boys loved the pic n mix .Lovely playing field and park also.The lovely plumbread left for us was gone very quickly .Thank you .The boys loved watching the birds come to the bird feeders in the front garden.

A very minor gripe, but as a spectacle user, I struggled a bit with the raised fireplace and shallow kitchen step being the same colour as the other tiles.

The property had a lovely situation and we didn't want to leave. We had perfect weather during our stay and made full use of the delightful garden. Enjoyed the wildlife and the views of the sheep field opposite. We spent more time doing local walks than we expected, just because they were so nice. The house was well-equipped and comfortable. Bought all our supplies from the friendly shop at the end of the lane. Would love to return.

Beautiful cottage, clean and very well equipped. Decor and furnishings understated and stylish. Had everything we needed and was easy to be there albeit for only 2 nights. The location of Legbourne is lovely.. just outside Louth. We visited the local shop 3 times to buy goodies. The house is at the end of a lane and the silence was wonderful. The sheep and lambs were very tame and came running whenever we appeared. Paula had left some plum bread, milk and tea bags, together with leaving the light on for our late arrival: very thoughtful and kind.

The location was perfect. The setting of the cottage was lovely. So many pluses to it. The garden is beautiful, perfect for my little pooch. Fields to go walking in. Pub, cafe. 25 minutes to Mablethorpe. The accommodation was excellent. Very clean everything you needed and more!! Paul was lovely The owner. Will definitely be recommending and will be returning for another lovely break. The best accommodation I have stayed in with my pooch. My partner had the best nights sleep! Such a peaceful relaxing homely cottage.

Church Farm is beautifully renovated farm house set in its own grounds in a little village in the countryside. A huge amount of effort has been made to make the cottage a real home from home. It has footpaths directly from the garden across the surrounding fields, and is less than 30 minutes drive to miles and miles of beautiful golden sandy beaches, which even in August weren’t busy. We had 9 year old twins with us, and it was the perfect location! A great experience for them watching the corn fields being harvested too! We had such a out chilled week, loved the quiet roads, and the flatness of the area was very much a novelty! I would return to & recommend this place in a heartbeat! Thank you x
