Cliché… but the photos don’t do the property justice. The property is perfectly designed for a bed & breakfast. The shared lobby, lounge and kitchen area is unique, spacious and opens up to amazing views of Carbis Bay. The good-size bedrooms are cosy, private and also boast the same Carbis Bay views and quirkiness. Ally and Rowan are fantastic hosts. Very welcoming and truly went above and beyond. Breakfast was exceptional. Easy car access. Great location for Carbis Bay and St Ives. Room and bathroom were clean and all amenities have been thought of.

Fantastic accomodation, in a fantastic location, amazing views. Lovely decked terrace with seats & loungers. Lovely breakfast choice. Fantastic welcoming friendly hosts that go above & beyond. Would definatetly recommend this place & will hopefully return again at some point. 👍😁

That our holidays ended and we had to leave.

Beautifully designed and in a stunning place overlooking Carbis Bay. The rooms have each an individual charme. Ally and Rowan are wonderful and are doing their best that you feel at home. The chats in the kitchen at breakfast gave us the feeling to be at home.

Nothing everything was great

The house is outstanding, one of the best places we’ve stayed and didn’t want to leave. The hosts Ali and Rowen were amazing, great to talk to on a morning over an incredible breakfast. The house, location and views can’t be beaten! It’s like staying in a 5* boutique hotel. Brilliant.

Nothing- was a perfect short stay for us.

Beautiful location with room overlooking Carbis bay. Room was clean, modern, spacious with a very comfy bed and a lovely shower. But above all, it was Ally and Rowan who went out of their way to make our stay so comfortable and pleasant. Really thoughtful and considerate hosts. Would definitely stay again and recommend if visiting St.Ives.

NIL. There’s nothing to not like!

From the moment we arrived, it was such a warm welcome from Rowan and Ally. They even helped us with our bags and drink on arrival. The property is absolutely stunning. Well maintained with a personal and homely touch. Modern building with great decor and views. The location was superb. Walking access to the beach, fine dining restaurants, little town center, etc. Breakfast was exceptional. Fresh muffins/chocolate croissants, fruits and cereal with tea/coffee and orange juice just as a starter. Main course was so tasty and chosen to our liking. It felt like we were at a retreat, so relaxing and the best nights sleep we’ve had in a long time. They couldn’t have done any more for us.

Nothing not to like.

Exceptional Breakfast. Freshly made muffins, followed by home made Granola, fresh yoghurt and fruits. That was just for starters!! then the main course, Full English, with all food sourced from local companies. Rowan and Ally were exceptional hosts. They probably have one of the best houses overlooking Carbis Bay. Nothing is too much trouble, there is a communal fridge full of Beer, Cider and Wine. Plenty of routes from the property to surrounding beaches.

Loved every bit! Theres nothing we didn’t like!

We enjoyed everything about it. The view was stunning, we stayed in the Green room, which overlooked a beautiful landscape that Ally and Rowan worked on, overlooking the sea. Breakfast was outstanding and they had new things served every day. The design was very unique and had their personal touch in it. The beach is 5 minutes walk away and they are very friendly and helpful as to where to go around and what places/restaurants to visit. Ally and Rowan made us feel very welcomed, the whole experience felt very homey

Wonderful friendly hosts who had a glass of wine waiting for us on arrival. Breakfast on our own private terrace was amazing. Fabulous views!!! Only a short walk to St Ivesand our hosts had loads of great recommendations for where to eat.

Built on a hillside, there are steps in and out of the property to the carpark and coastal path. Not that this was a problem to us but maybe a consideration for those not so good on their pins.

Ally and Rowan are perfect hosts, friendly and helpful. The views are to die for and the location is excellent for the South West Coast Path directly to Carbis Bay/beach and to St. Ives. Breakfast is exceptional - home made, freshly prepared, such variety and nothing too much trouble to adapt to your tastes. The decoration is amazing and quirky and the gardens are beautiful too.

Ally & Rowan were both very welcoming on arrival and instantly made us feel at home. we had a great chat and welcomed drinks with them before being shown to our room. The room was amazing with the best views we could of asked for. It also was a nice surprise to have a complimentary stocked beverage fridge. The breakfast and service while sat out on the balcony was 5* with the best muffins we have ever had. we will definitely be returning x
