I liked that they provided a sufficient supply of essentials such as dishwasher tablets to cover the length of the stay. A well stocked kitchen including some food essentials and a travel adapter were really nice touches.

Only thing I can say was about the dust that was on skirting boards predominantly and a few other areas but that’s the only constructive criticism

The property is modern and has everything you need. There wasn’t anything I didn’t have when cooking too, which is always a bonus

Guests in another apartment had a massive party one night - but to be fair, the apartment company cannot predict how guests might behave, it wasn't their fault, and they were very apologetic. It wouldn't stop me staying there again

For the price we paid the apartment was gorgeous was in a perfect location. Hosts were really lovely as we were not able to arrive till late so George went and set up the apartment for us and left the key in the lock box with very clear easy instruction. It was also a lovely surprise to see some little goodies left for us as well. ☺️

Nothing. I love this place- it would be my second home if it was possible.

I always love staying here. I come here to have a break for myself and to do some work without being interrupted. It's lovely and peaceful, and was much needed after half term. The bed was comfortable and because the bedroom is downstairs, it's dark and quiet meaning I can always get a lovely long nights sleep! The bathroom is huge, the bath is big and I ended up spending most of my time just chilling in the bath and watching shows on my phone. Perfect. The apartment is a 1min walk from the Grafton Centre, so you can easily pop out and do some shopping or just look around. Plenty of food places around as well.

There was a strong sewage smell during the night and into the following day. Leah, the manager, kindly moved us to another apartment within an hour of being contacted.

The pantry had some nice basics like bread, butter and jam. Plus milk and OJ in the fridge.

The toilet seat was far too small for the porcelain bowl and it’s just really creepy to have your ass touch the porcelain part of the toilet seat

Slightly weird to have a utility room next to the bedroom with another door (kept locked) leading to the outside (I think, I didn't check where it opened onto). There was a bathroom leak while I was there, something to do with the macerator. Also I waited for ages near the back gate instead of by the front door to pick up the keys. They should make it clear to people that the entrance is on the street (you see the back gate first if you are walking from central Cambridge so it's an easy mistake to make)

Great sized apartment and good kitchen facilities. I didn't realise the bed and bathroom would be in the basement, I didn't like that very much although the bathroom was huge.

There was very little to complain about in this apartment, but two things to note regarding noise. Neither was a problem for us and we would stay again, but worth mentioning here. Because the bathroom is in the basement there was a very noisy pump that ran every time water drained, so every 30 seconds when using the shower, for example, it was a little jarring. The apartment was generally very quiet and any street noise was very unobtrusive, however the footsteps of the upstairs neighbours were very clear, even in the bedroom at 1am. Would advise earplugs if you are a light sleeper.

The space was larger than expected with an enormous basement bedroom and bathroom with lovely bath and rainfall shower. It was clean and well appointed and the welcome pack was just right. A great base for a trip to Cambridge for work or leisure

Nothing really, everything was excellent. Perhaps a cutting board would be useful to include among the many existing kitchen utensils. The knives could be sharper too -- there is a sharpening tool available but I am not sure how effectively I could have used it.

Excellent apartment, very spacious, with modern decor and very good facilities. A wonderful choice for staying in Cambridge -- in fact, among the very best in my view. The service was also excellent. A super nice touch was to be provided at arrival with some complementary food (e.g., cereal, chips, cookies) and drinks (water, milk, orange juice). These were greatly appreciated after a long day of travel. We'll surely come back here when visiting Cambridge.

The lack of a window in the downstairs bedroom meant that it was dark unless the lights were put on and it was not possible to let fresh air in although the air conditioning unit was very effective.

Cereal and bread, butter and jam as well as tea, coffee and orange juice were left in the apartment for us which was much appreciated. The bed was comfortable. The bathroom was amazing - modern, clean and enormous! There was plenty of space in the bathroom to put things unlike many hotels. All the necessary kitchen equipment was provided to enable us to cook a meal.

Key collection was as described and very easy ( unlike some properties ). We were met by a very friendly lady who was most helpful. We were given a phone number for any problems - we had none. The apartment was excellent and was generously supplied with groceries for breakfast and very well equipped.
