Lovely studio apartment, nicely decorated. Great location, within walking distance from the train station and the city centre. Shops and restaurants nearby. Comfortable bed and pillows. Super clean and well equipped. They supply breakfast food and snacks (bread, jam, butter, orange juice, milk, coffee, tea, and biscuits), which I didn't expect and thought was a nice touch. I definitely recommend staying here and I would come back without a doubt.

A great place to stay in central Cambridge. I loved everything about the place, a spacious studio with very modern and functional furniture and equipment. My hosts did everything possible to make my stay perfect. If I am to return to beautiful Cambridge, I'd always choose Citystay The Dales.

The flat is very clean and good. The staffs prepared breads, juice, milk, cereals, jams, cookies, and coffee. I could use washing machine and detergents. Everything was good and convenient.

The only thing I wasn't too keen on was the windows at the top of the main room. On a hot and sunny day, I would've liked to have blocked out the sun so that the apartment didn't get quite so hot. I understand it is probably difficult to get blinds to fit nicely there.. it just made my time a little bit uncomfortable with the heat. I would certainly stay here again in the winter though!

This was my first time at this property, It was nicely tucked out of the way from the main road, meaning it was rather quiet. The apartment was spacious, the bathroom was a good size, the bed was comfy (like always with this company). I stayed when it was really hot so I was grateful for the fans and windows that could open wide.

One day in advance to our arrival we received the message that our apartment is overbooked and we have to take a smaller apartment. The difference in price has been refunded.

The apartment is very nice and located in a calm and quiet residential area, although it is only a few minutes walk to the city center. Everything was very clean and comfortable.

The only let down was the bathroom - specifically the plastic non slip shower mat and bath mat in the shower. When I unrolled then to use, there were quite a few hairs which was very off putting so I couldn't use either.

Great customer service team and lovely to be met at the accommodation by a friendly host, and to be shown round and how everything worked. Kitchen also stocked with everything you would need and more to settle in, have a cup of tea and even breakfast the next day. Unexpected but very lovely touch. The team have clearly thought about making their guests welcome and comfortable and very much appreciated.

Overall, no big complains. It would be highly appreciated if the bed was a bit more comfortable. Also would love to have a small desk to work remotely. Good to keep in mind that the location is close to grocery stores and other services, but a 15-minute walk to city center.

Extremely clean accommodation fully equipped with kitchen appliances and amenities. Smooth check-in and check-out with quick response from staff. Good space for a couple or small family. Wi-fi was working - no issues.
