TV could be improved by having Netflix and Youtube etc. but you can do Screen Mirroring from your phone, so that is a workaround. My room on this occasion was next to a street where they were replacing the pavement, so there was noise in the day, but that was just unfortunate and it wasn't that noticeable once the windows were closed. I didn't ask to change rooms, but I imagine I could have done if I'd asked. I believe you can also pay a bit more to guarantee a room on the higher floors. Finally, a tip for drivers - the multistorey car park is £18 per day. But if you use a car park app such as Just Park you can find cheaper car parking nearby.

I've stayed here before. The location is great - in a non-busy area just 5 mins walk from the cathedral and city centre. Also a 10inute walk from Victoria station. Pool and gym are something I like to use when possible, so they were a selling point for me. Breakfast is excellent. Room is nice. Staff friendly and helpful. This was my second visit and I look forward to returning again soon.

The hotel was our favourite we’ve stayed at so far. Everything felt luxurious. The staff went above and beyond and were all very friendly. The room was clean, comfortable and had everything you’d need and more. We didn’t use the gym, but we did use the pool area, and it was well kept, the hot tub was a comfortable temperature and the steam room was a bonus. The location is bang in the centre of Manchester, we booked multiple popular tourist activities and none was less than a 15 minute walk away. I would love to stay here again, and will if we come back to Manchester.

As it was a Sunday the breakfast was busy and needed to be booked, so had to go for a walk and come back. Didn’t help that reception told me to book a time and I forgot 🤦‍♂️

Since the covid-19 days room service has taken a plunge. As an experienced traveller I have to admit its all accommodations not just here. Also there were splatter stains above the bed on the ceiling that you couldn't help but notice when you are laying down to go to sleep, which gave it a grubby feeling, which is a shame because cleanliness is usually a high standard here.

Facilities in the room and hotel were great. Gym, swim, kitchen and decent bathroom. Also it's quiet, which makes relaxing in a city much easier. Also the reception staff are always excellent here.

Some rooms in the hotel are quite close to the trains n tracks; it is abit too loud for sleeping.

The car park n small sainsbiry is just next to the hotel n the design of the apartment is modern n convenient for staying; the location is perfect for exploring the city; the jacuzzi is perfect for having a lazy day in hotel. N they are doing some nice breakfast
