There was construction during the time we were there. We also didn't get a flat with a river view, though that's not clear from the listing, iirc. I'd recommend to the flat managers/owners to also have some condiments available for short stays, eg. salt/cooking oil as no one booking a full flat with a fully stocked kitchen will be bringing/buying those.

The location is brilliant. The instructions on how to get there were perfect. The flat has everything you need and is very spacious and clean.

Had to pay extra to change our room because the original room had scaffolding outside. This was not clearly explained to us and we were only advised of the construction the week before we were due to arrive. This did not give us a chance to book alternative accommodation. So we had to pay extra to swap to an apartment that did not have scaffold. The ad on booking.con was extremely misleading. It has since been changed and the photos of the scaffold added to the ad for the affected apartments. It was wrong that we had to pay extra.

We were very happy with our stay. Communication with management was good and staff were very helpful. The apartment we stayed in was being renovated, which was fine and we knew in advance. However, the first night we were awaken several times by some loud noise coming from outside. We alerted the company and they immediately tried to resolve the issue and offered to change our apartment. The rooms with views to the river are beautiful!

Honestly nothing at all... Even a minor issue I had with the washing machine once, and the microwave once were both very swiftly sorted without any fuss. Excellent customer service all round!

Super central, yet quite quiet considering. Lovely apartment, really comfortable bed, well equipped kitchen, decent shower with great water pressure and really hot water. Clean throughout the apartment AND the whole building. All the staff (front desk, cleaners, maintenance, EVERYONE!) were friendly, professional and basically amazing. The whole experience from the communication after booking & prior to check-in, during my stay and the numerous requests and questions I had, and at check-out & after my stay the WHOLE team were brilliant.

The beds were quite small and so was the couch. It was very warm in the flat but there were some fans which helped. no parking on-site so had to get something somewhere else.

It’s location was excellent - so easy to get all around the city. It’s nice and secure. The kitchen was stocked really well too.

Since there is no public access if one of arriving by private vehicle, it would be nice if instructions were provided beforehand on how to reach if someone was driving or coming by taxi.

Parking was an issue, as I had to wait 5 days before a space was available. I also would have thought that air conditioning would have been installed considering the cost of the apartment.

It was easy to collect the keys and the person who met me was very helpful and informative.
