The only issue we had is my son in the bath there’s no grip mat so he kept slipping when we was trying to bath him

The ensuite and ensuite shower is very small. The dining table located in the kitchen was so large that it was a little difficult to have multiple people working in the room, a smaller table would work better here.

The apartment is in a great central location within walking distance of the seaside, shops and cafes/restaurants. The apartment is clean and a great size and well equipped for cooking/washing etc. We stayed in Winter and the heating was very good.

While generally clean, the windows were dirty inside with mould and cobwebs. More cutlery would have been appreciated.

Lovely comfortable apartment with everything we needed for our stay. The beds were comfortable (including the pull out sofa bed which our 14yr old stayed on) On a quiet street, plenty of parking on nearby roads and spacious rooms. Great location for the pier, Great Orme, sightseeing buses, shops and beach. It also took us about 20 mins to walk to the West shore sandy beach which was good for playing cricket & football on. Would definitely stay here again!

Some provisions (notably toilet rolls - just 3 for a family of 6 for a week - and a single bin bag) were a bit stingy. The hard floors put me on edge about the.noise we might make. My young son fell (toddler, not injured, would happen anywhere!) and made a noise at 1.30pm on a midweek afternoon and the family below came to report they were disturbed by it which made me very anxious. Finally, the flat above played loud music at midnight - though this can't be helped.

The location was fantastic. The apartment was clean and spacious with a full size dining table. Washing machine was a great bonus. Parking was easier than I had expected. Curtains and blinds at each window which muffled noise and kept it dark in the mornings. Bedrooms wrre made up on arrival and plenty of towels provided.

A lovely, comfortable apartment in a great location for shops and the beach. The split level and attic roof gives it real character and it's nicely furnished too. I especially liked the spacious bedroom. It is well equipped with everything I needed. It was also very peaceful and quiet, which is what I needed as I was spending the week writing. I would love to stay here again when I return to Llandudno. Thank you to Pierre for all the helpful information that was provided.

Very noise sensitive neighbours made things difficult travelling with small children. Site not fully prepared- linen, toilet paper, etc. kitchen table difficult to get around making the kitchen unworkable.

Only street parking, but we were lucky with our space. There is no double-glazing so the windows are draughty. Also, the towels were very small and thin.

I've stayed twice in flat 3 this year, and it's perfect. I can relax completely as Pierre the owner is friendly, easy to reach via text, and ensures everything is ready and clean on time, even letting us check in earlier.

Advise for families with small children that walk like elephants, as ours do. Go for a ground floor flat rather than upstairs, to avoid disturbing people underneath.
