No complaints at all.

Room was allocated on arrival. I told the staff at check-in that it was a trip for my partners birthday and was allocated an excellent room which contained 2 Queen size beds and the room facilities were excellent. I was also given a voucher for 2 free drinks in the bar. The breakfast buffet was really nice with alot of choice. We found all the staff really friendly and pleasant.

Great hotel in fab location with pool We've stayed here several times, we like the fact that it has a pool. We chose a King suite this time it was very spacious but bland in decor, our room we had the previous time was nicer. On both occasions we had access to the premium lounge, free drinks and snacks and Ariel views of the city

Housekeeping not very good at refilling, for example bathroom soap dispensers were empty and no replacement tea bags

Queuing 30 minutes to enter Stephenson Quarter car park as it was full, and then queuing 10 minutes to check in.

Nothing ,we where there only one night and everything was how we expected

room was good and the bathroom was large and more than expected for the room booked .bed was very comfortably , we had evening meal before we went to the concert which we booked and staff ensured that we were served promptly to be sure we were not rushed to make are way to the show , Food was very good and breakfast also

The bar wasn’t open late enough. We got back at 12.30 and it was closed.

I liked how spacious the room was and the corridors. Also the breakfast was fantastic and the staff were really helpful and friendly.

Having to wait for the spa and the scalding hot water in showers! No shampoos/conditions in room shower!

No parking facilities you have to pay extra for parking. We had a birthday party not happy with the fact that the hotel was not flexible with meal options. We were not allowed to give our guests options of starters, main meal and dessert. The food was nice but the let down was the menu choices option.

Our toilet dripped loudly all night. In hindsight we should’ve called someone but wasn’t keen for someone to come in and fix it when my two kids were sleeping - wish we had a called as there was a quick fix!

The only downside we had was the lady who served us at reception when checking out. She was clearly having a bad morning, did not seem amused when I asked about what I needed to get of the car park that I had paid for when checking in. Also she did not even say thank you, or pass any other comment as we were leaving. Manners cost nothing !

Lovely hotel, great location for Central Newcastle. Staff on the whole were very pleasant, polite and friendly.

I thought the Gin Bar could be improved if you’re going to call yourself a Gin Bar then you need to have the correct ingredients to make it a better experience. Cucumber when you purchase a Hendricks Gin different mixers not just the boring old Britvic tonic.
