Each review score is between 1-10. To get the overall score that you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of review scores we’ve received. We are currently testing a weighted review system in Malta and Iceland (excluding hotel and vacation rental chains). You can review an Accommodation that you booked through our Platform if you stayed there or if you arrived at the property but didn’t actually stay there. To edit a review you’ve already submitted, please contact our Customer Service team.
We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.
Ideally, we would publish every review we receive, whether positive or negative. However, we won’t display any review that includes or refers to (among other things):

United KingdomIt pains me to write anything negative as it's a really lovely flat in a lovely spot but there are a couple of issues with leaks in the kitchen, one where water leaks out from under the dishwasher when you use sink and one from the skylights when it rains, there is also some damp on a kitchen wall. The storage heaters don't work and this could be the problem. They have provided portable heaters which heat up spaces lovely so wasn't cold while there.
Lovely location and the view from the window seat was really nice, was very relaxing sitting there. The apartment is very spacious and has everything you need, the shower is really powerful. Pubs all in walking distance, about 5 mins, beach 5 mins away and a lovely delicatessen round the corner The property is really good value for money. Although there are some issues noted below it didn't spoil our holiday as the problems aren't terrible it just needs a bit of maintenance.

United KingdomSlight damp issues in the kitchen, the kitchen skylights leak when it rains and there was an issue with low battery on one of the smoke alarms which was beeping but managed to take the battery out, other than that would stay again.
Well located, has parking, very clean and warm, good value for money, comfy bed and cosy. Pet friendly.

United KingdomProperty had damp patches on the kitchen wall. Clearly not a recent thing! Property smelt of damp, not very pleasant to be honest. Had we taken our Credit Card we would not have stayed here and would have sought alternative accommodation Dust on mirror in main bedroom and window sill. Not what you expect when you pay for accommodation! I have photographs of the walls and will upload when requested. I will be expecting money back for this stay and look forward to someone contacting me ASAP to resolve this issue!
