Room got quite stuffy as you can't open windows. Buffet breakfast was quite minimal and not much choice, although you could order hot food from menu. Room toiletries are in TINY bottles - quite wasteful.

Hotel decor was lovely - really cozy and welcoming, with pretty restaurant, bar and bedrooms. Definitely best looking hotel I've tried in Manchester! Room was good size, and had really comfy bed and nice shower. Location was really close to train station (Piccadilly), nice location by canal.

Room was cold and even when we adjusted the air conditioning it didn’t get any warmer. Room was very dark, even with bright sunshine.

My mother and I stayed over for the Take That concert and really enjoyed our stay! All the staff were incredible from the girls at the front desk to the staff at the restraunt. Any hotel can have nice facilities but if the staff are horrible it ruins the experience. The staff working that weekend absolutely made the stay big thank you to them!!!! Room was lovely, nice and clean.

I found the room was just a bit dark, the blinds were not in a great state. The piccadilly end of town especially around the station is a bit more grotty that where we normally stay at the Lowry - homeless people and drunks, but hopefully that will change as the area is developed.

There was honestly nothing we did not like, absolutely beautiful hotel with great staff

The location is a little further out of town but the hotel more than makes up for this and will be my preferred hotel when staying in Manchester from now on. Staff were amazing, with special mention for concierge team, they were excellent and nothing was too much trouble.

Beautiful interior with a relaxing atmosphere. The staff were very clear and friendly. The beer terrace was lovely in the sun.

There were no real things to dislike about the hotel.

Being a smoker, the cigar terrace was a plus. The staff were friendly and attentive. The location was good, and we could get to most places we wanted to visit within easy walking distance.

Bar closed too early for us 11pm.... we literally were at the bar at.11.02 after our event not knowing it closed at 11 and the way she told us about 3 times even though we had acknowledged her and said this was fine was rude.. we also were told by the same lady that we couldn't use the smoking area later on and that we had to use the street even though it was easily accessible and doors open to it.. we thought how she spoke to was a little rude.

Absolutely nothing, loved everything!

The hotel is stunning. Our room was spotlessly clean and extremely comfortable. The bed was amazing, had an excellent night’s sleep. All staff were extremely professional and friendly. Terrace is gorgeous for drinks.

Could nt open a window , I like fresh air especially on a warm night also I’d booked & prepaid 6 months ago I requested 2 rooms together or next door to my sister back then & messaged since to confirm that … Only when we checked in we were only in the same floor ! With a long long hallway between us so that was quite disappointing 😕

Everything was spot on ! Loved the hotel’s vibe , lighting & decor felt very luxurious , like being on a film set . Loved the rooms , especially the fridge added surprise meant we could get some nibbles & cold beers , staff helpful
