Very modern services including Sky (and Sky Sports). Comfortable beds . The hosts kept in touch with us up to the point of arrival Very close to Norwich airport if you need it. Have recommended it to my family if they are in the area.

Everything was great.

We loved everything. The flat has everything needed and is very well kept. Comfy beds and a sort of living room space with glass windows that connects to the garden and it's just very relaxing to sit there and chill. David the host is just an amazing guy who is there in a minute to sort out anything that you need, what a gent. Perfect place. You definitely need a car as it's bit far to walk to town center. We had a car so it was nice and easy. We've been to Norwich many times to perform and this has been one of the best places we've hired.

Just a heads up if you shower too long,you will flood the bathroom.

How welcoming the place felt and the lovely it smelled.There was nice selection of breakfast and drinks stocked.

The kitchen area was quite cold in comparison to the rest of the property. It was also quite dated but sufficient for our stay.

Our stay was very short but the property had everything we needed as a family.

Not one thing, it was all spot on!

Like home from home, excellent facilities, lovely garden with play equipment that my grandson enjoyed, lovely and quiet, just a great experience!

More a 2 lounge property. Which meant a sofa bed and access via one bedroom to the other. OK for families but no real privacy for friends.

Everything was in excellent condition. Very clean. Continental breakfast meant we could get on with our day.

My only suggestion would be to swap the tvs around so that the small one was in the bedroom and the bigger one is in the living room.

It was a lovely surprise to see the fridge stocked with milk and capri suns for the kids. There breakfast selection was great too.

Only a a trivial inconvenience but access to the bedroom was via the lounge/second bedroom.

Great communication from the hosts, lovely modern facilities, very clean and bonus breakfast provided. Was worried about the annex element, but not a problem at all, complete privacy. Would definitely stay again.

Everything! Very welcoming, homely, comfortable, exceptionally clean, well cared for, fantastic breakfast items, fridge was stocked with jam, butter, milk,fruit juice, cold water dispenser great information board in the kitchen, board games available, garden and garden toys for children available, conservatory available, parking available, I can't rate highly enough! This is a fabulous home away from home, would recommend to anyone to stay here. Beds were super comfy, communication and hospitality was amazing, I will definitely be looking to rebook when I next visit, very very satisfied with this choice. Mel and David clearly put a lot of time, effort and care into maintaining this property and it shows from the minute you open the front door, what a fantastic job you guys do!

Just a very tiny observation ......the number of the property could be made clearer on the outside wall.

The ease of using the key lock was great as we unfortunately arrived far later than we had expected due to the weather. As soon as we entered it felt so snug and welcoming as you could tell the Love that had been put into the annexe.

Great communication from the owners. Excellent choice of breakfast, something for every taste. A little strange 'sharing' the conservatory and garden but a lovely space. We were out most of the time anyway. Fold out beds were much more comfortable than others we've slept on and the whole place was lovely and warm. Central for all the places we wanted to visit and shops for essentials nearby. Thank you David and Mel

This was a real find. My work colleagues were all staying in the centre of town but I was able to be near our evening venue and I could park up at no extra cost. I could have happily spent a week in such splendid, spacious surroundings, not just the single night that I had. The room was wonderful, there was plenty to eat for my self-service breakfast and all the pre-comms - including the code for the key - all went smoothly. Many thanks David and Mel for a great stay. I'm tempted to book a flight from Norwich Airport just so I can bring my family here and stay once again!

Would have liked a couple more tea towels and some kitchen roll.

Plenty of choice for breakfast. Quite location. Conservatory was a real bonus, great to relax in. Clean and tidy. Plenty of storage space in bedroom.
