A couple of basics…. Room was very dark. Sink doesn’t drain and the towels were very poor.

This is the quirkiest little find ever. The rooms are so different.. Beer in the shower under bed lights . The comfiest bed I’ve ever slept in, not to mention staff that couldn’t do enough for you. Will be returning and recommending. Thank you

This is me and my needs, bit limited on the Gluten free food. But even that didn't mar the experience.

Oh wow, where to start. Chilling in the room playing vinyl records, brewdog in the shower, sweeties on the corridor, a guitar, and music in the room. The birthday card and birthday cake. The staff were truly fabulous, polite, and accommodating but also warm and genuine. The food was great. Brewdog school was interesting and fun. Gluten free beer and brewdog cider!

Wow this is just such an amazing place from the staff at check in to check out...had a wonderful stay and ate at the hotel in the evening and breakfast too. There are so many plusses its hard to list but this a unique experience and in the heart of Manchester yet quiet. There is so much attention to detail and even iPhone charging hubs by the bed along with records to play and beer to drink in the room. Even a water filling station by the lifts. ALL staff were amazing and helpful! Do yourself a favour and go and stay!

We loved absolutely everything about our stay! By far the best hotel I have ever stayed in. The staff were so incredibly attentive and friendly it was unreal, you just don't tend to see this level of service anywhere anymore. Literally nothing was too much for them at all. The room itself blew me and my partner away, so many little details that you never knew you wanted or needed. The Shower Fridge with a range of the best BrewDog beers was fantastic. A gimmick? Yes. Did we enjoy it? Absolutely! Does every hotel need one? Yes! The selection in the additional two mini bar fridges was brilliant, as well as the selection of snacks and treats. We traveled with our dog and even all of his needs were perfectly catered for with a plush dog bed, treats, and bowls in the room. He enjoyed his stay just as much as we did! The record player and guitar were fantastic touches. We will most definitely be back and are also planning on staying at the Edinburgh DogHouse too.

Room was a little dusty and glass in the shower hadn’t been cleaned. I could see the writing on the glass from the previous guest when the shower steamed up.

The very very minor criticism is... The room was quite dark... Which was only an issue when I was looking for buttons on the sound bar... But that could be a reflection of my knackered eye sight

Brewdog have nailed all aspects here. Food is great, the accommodation is fantastic. So many nice touches in the room too. Very modern and comfortable. And I don't need to mention the standard of beer... But I do love the new black heart. Eunice was very helpful. Brought an ironing board to my room and then helped me try work out how to connect my phone to the media setup. As a manager of a smaller brewing company with rooms, I took so many ideas and inspiration away with me. I will definitely be back again

The one slight disappointment was that the food vouchers included was £15, which only covered the price of a burger (no chips or sides included - and not even all the burgers). It would have been nice if the voucher could cover the cost of a burger and side. We instead opted for the chicken wings sharer and some loaded fries as a side. The food was very nice and the service was quick to begin, but after we had eaten no one came to take the plates and we had to go to the bar to pay. Not major issues at all, overall very happy with the stay!

The staff were really friendly and helpful. They looked after our bags as we got there too early to check in, and ensured they were in the room for check-in. The room was really nice. Great decor. Lovely and clean. We got a voucher for a pint as a welcome drink at the bar, which was a great touch. They also stored the bags the next day when we went out before our journey home.

A very small thing, but the room lighting could have been a little brighter.

The small details such as the guitar in the room, the shower beers and the 24/7 pick & mix sets it aside from other hotels!

The only negative is that the waiting staff did not know how the food vouchers worked. There was 7 of us staying for 2 nights (dinner included) and the waiting staff challenged the fact that we had already pre-paid dinner which was awkward (on both nights).

Staff literally couldn't be more helpful whilst we were there. So friendly & welcoming. Room was amazing. Bed super comfy. Room came with an evening meal which made it an absolute bargain. Would definitely stay here again.
