Each review score is between 1-10. To get the overall score that you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of review scores we’ve received. We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.

We sometimes show external review scores from other well-known travel websites. We make it clear when we’ve done this.

United KingdomThe day after we checked out I received an email c/w an invoice saying they had missed £94.10 worth of drinks from our bill and that they would use the card on file to take payment. I immediately called to inform them that the drinks listed were definitely not ours and suggested they speak to the barman who had served us during our stay as I was sue he would remember what we had ordered. It is now three days later and I have heard nothing back from the hotel. I would have expected someone would have the decency to contact us to confirm their mistake and an apology would have been nice. I feel they have definitely let themselves down. This was our second visit I now feel it will be our last.
Lovely location, stayed with friends and enjoyed our break however the problems arose after we checked out.
