Lovely room on top floor. Comfy bed. Large bathroom with powerful walk in shower and stand alone bath. Quiet despite being in the front of the hotel. Really friendly and helpful staff. Bar area really nice and great cocktails. Location within walking distance to shops, markets, canal, restaurants and 02 Academy which was our evening destination.

If I had to find something wrong it would be the lack of sockets near the bed.

The room was beautiful and huge and so was the bathroom , lovely extras like bottled water and chocola5es Couldn’t fault the breakfast either lovely choices and delicious coffee

Told if I didn’t book a table for breakfast I may struggle to get one. When I came down Sunday morning the place was 75% empty.

My room (Harvey) is fabulous, outside terrace, massive bathroom and a big, comfortable bed. Couldn’t find a “takeaway” coffee cup at breakfast, lady at the bar went the extra mile to find an unopened box of them in the store room…

Hotel was on a busy road which was very noisy at night. If I go again will request room at rear.

This place is beautifully located in the heart of Bristol. Excellent meals and bar service, superbly spacious room with excellent amenities (and the bed was ultra comfortable). Late check-out was a sensible time too, and the staff are always incredibly courteous and efficient.

We had a water leak in the ceiling above the bed. It sounded as though it was constantly raining outside.

Love this hotel, it takes dogs, super comfy beds, great staff and in the middle of everything. Pay extra for parking and you can park right outside.

The bed was extremely creaky and would wake the other person up when needing to go to the bathroom. However it was extremely comfortable and the bedding was soft and clean.

I was really pleased with my recent stay at Hotel Du Vin. I had stayed once before but I wanted to bring my boyfriend this time to celebrate his birthday. I mentioned it was his birthday and the hotel kindly treated us to a complimentary glass of champagne each which was lovely. The room was clean and comfortable and the roll top bath was a luxurious addition.

Only negative I can think of is bed was quite loud when moving around in the night!

Property and room was lovely! Very unexpected from the outside. Room was so nicely done. Bath and shower were excellent. Coffee machine and bottled water is always appreciated and it was also nice to have some bath robes to relax in. Lovely staff.

It was unique as a hotel, the room was excellent and we were given a complimentary room upgrade upon arrival due to it being our anniversary, the room was spotless, spacious and extremely comfortable and quiet given its location. The staff were exceptional and Katrina handled the majority of our admin and questions, she was incredibly helpful, and you could tell she really cared about the quality of our stay in the hotel, she’s a credit to the hotel!
