It still remains to finish the terrace to make it more usable and to beautify the garden.

Apartment No. 3 is suitable for 2 couples as it has 2 bedrooms and 2 separate bathrooms. A large living room with a kitchen and a view of the garden looks very good. The apartment is well equipped. Check-in is no problem, access to the house and apartment is with the help of a code. The apartment house is in a quiet street Gordon Road, the distance to the nearest underground station is about 800 m, but you can also use the bus, which has a stop near the house. From Ealing Broadway underground station, the very fast Elizabeth line and two other older Central and District lines run to the city centre.

My family had a wonderful time in this modern, clean, and serene flat. One minor suggestion would be to add a larger mirror in the bedroom, as the bathroom only has a small one.

The lift did not work and it was difficult at times lugging luggage and a baby up many flights of stairs. WiFi network did not work, maybe because I was at the very top floor of the property. The walls are thin so if you’re sensitive to noise bare that in mind

It would be good if there were some instructions for the appliances and recycling. The chords for dropping the blinds in the living room are very short and it's difficult for a woman's height to let them down.

The property was spacious and very clean and comfortable. Good location to get to London and very peaceful and quiet. The area felt safe. We were pleased that we could park the car.

The apartment was on the second floor and the lift wasn't operating. It would be good for milk sachets to be provided with tea, coffee, and tea bags.

The photos on Booking.com matched what we met at the property. We specially requested check-in for noon which was graciously accepted. We were met by a staff of Ealing Residency and taken to the flat and provided the door code for the apartment as well as the building's front door. We were also provided Wifi access details. The property was quiet and peaceful and contained basic amenities. The temperature within the apartment was okay.

We would have preferred some better instructions on how to control the heating. Some rooms were lovely and warm and others were cold which we were unable to rectify, it didn’t however dampen the stay and was a minor problem.

This was a fantastic find. The property was very spacious and had everything we needed. It was modern and comfortable. It was in the perfect location too as it was only a 5 minute direct walk to Ealing Broadway.

It was very cold in the living room, although a small heater had thoughtfully been provided. (The dates and times were wrong on the heating and underfloor heating dials, which we managed to amend, so hopefully fixed for future residents.) The bedrooms were toasty though.

Lovely modern flat with parking. Spacious living space, comfy beds and amazing hot shower! About 15 minutes' walk from the tube station and bars and restaurants.

The owner was briefly shocked when she received us because we were a larger group of male friends in a festive mood. That dampened the anticipation a little. Nevertheless, she tried very hard to look professional and overall it would be unfair to the owner therefore to deduct a point. Because the apartment, the location and overall the communication with the owner was very good and impeccable.

The accommodation is very new and very nicely decorated. Very clean and bright rooms with high ceilings. The owner was very nice and has already contacted us before arrival via message and planned everything so that the handover takes place quickly and smoothly

There was a window in the shower, but the fog made sure no one could look into it.

It had everything you needed. The staff was also very nice. If I asked for something they will instantly get it for us. It was very clean and it looked very new.

Everything was very cheap (bed linen, towels, toiletries) - from three lights only one working in bathroom, couldn’t see anything in mirror. Lights in the staircase were motion sensored (super short sequences) - we couldn’t even make three steps and it went off. Quite annoying in evening if you don’t see anything on stairs. Baby cot had no proper mattress so we ended up putting our toddler between us in the small bed. Bathroom smelt and looked worn off. We had to contact the property in advance in order to know what to do (how to get in etc), you’d expect it the other way round… also no information about WiFi or anything. Considering we paid 170 euros a night, which is good hotel prices, quite disappointing. Would not go there again.

Check-in details were provided on the date of arrival while we preparing to bord our international flight. This added unnecessary stress. It would have been better to have this information a few days before departure. More dish towels, and eating utensils would have been helpful. Having paper towels would have been nice as well. The bedroom was too warm at night because we were unable to open the windows.

Great location, clean apartment, lots of natural light. Loved having a washing machine! Quiet Neighborhood. Very Reasonably priced.

As a brand new conversion there were a few unfinished parts. The first day we had no mugs for tea and coffee but plenty of other crockery and utensils. Mugs were promptly delivered the next day. It would have been been useful to have instructions for using the oven and dishwasher, place mats for the table snd coat hangers.

Great location, good spacious size for our family of 6. Well furnished, plenty of storage, good underfloor heating and instant hot water. Great showers with the addition of a bath in one of the bathrooms. Very clean and comfortable.
