I did wait outside for a bit, no-one there to let me in? The times of check-in were 2-6pm and I needed to be somewhere, so this was a little inconvenient. But overall stay was great.

Property was well located to where I needed to be. Clean and gent was very friendly.

The staff I met were very friendly and gave advice on where to park. If you arrive on a weekend you'll have no issue parking as there are no restrictions on the road the place is at or the adjacent roads.

Location close to Tesco Express, gorgeous park, overground and bus links, great houseplant shop, restaurants and bustling night life. Great service - our host was extremely responsive, friendly and approachable, making himself available so we could drop our luggage, and later gain entry. The kitchen was spacious, well equipped and artfully decorated, overlooking a well kept, tranquil garden space. The bedroom was sumptuous and cosy, equipped with snacks, a kettle and smart TV. Bathrooms were bright, fresh and clean.

The owner is the most considerate host we’ve ever met, we felt so welcomed and he even managed to accommodate our friend who had nowhere to stay. Amazing service. We’ll be coming back! :)

The only issue was the slab above us was always making noise. However the owner made every effort to change our room the first day which was very good of him. However we thought it will stop but it continued on the third day so we just decided to just manage ourselves since we would live the next day

There was a lot of dust in the corners of my room including a spider above my bead. It was just slightly unclean which wasn’t my favorite thing but it worked.

I liked the surrounding area and the kitchen. The kitchen was very nice and I was able to use the appliances.

Nothing! Everything was On Point, I'd Recommend this place For Family And Friends.

The service was amazing. The owner came and greeted me and even offered to sit down and have a cup of tea. We chatted for a while and got to know each other which was a very nice touch. Genuinely amazing person.The facilities were excellent. There were a range of juices for me to choose from in the fridge and a range of coffees including the pod system ones. Great location. Bus stop around the corner and loads of shops around the area as well. Super tidy, clean and very comfortable.Would definitely stay again and recommend to anyone who is looking for a nice, easy stay in that area.
