The apartment was absolutely stunning! I can't recommend it enough. It's brilliantly situated right in the heart of the pretty city centre, with views of Eastgate clock and the tudor rows out of the front windows and views of the cathedral from the back. Each room was beautifully appointed with quality fittings, giving a gorgeous blend of old and new. Absolutely brimming with character. It was my first trip as a solo female and I felt completely safe. The shops are literally on the doorstep, as are restaurants, pubs and bars. Despite being central, it was quiet at night and I had a great night's sleep. Communication was easy and Margaret answered the phone immediately to answer a query. She was super efficient and gave brilliant customer service. The apartment looked fabulous in it's advert but in reality it far exceeded my expectations and Margaret's helpfulness was the icing on the cake for me! Can't wait to go back.

High end property designed absolutely beautifully and right in the hub of the city, walking distance to everything. Everything has been thought of and it felt like a luxury accommodation, spotlessly clean.

The fact that our stay was not long enough!

The property itself was every bit as good as the photos in fact if anything the pictures didn't do the property justice. The location could not have been any more central. I had an occasion to contact the owner and the response was really quick and so helpful. I cannot fault the whole experience.

There was a problem with the shower, it backed up and the water overflowed on to the bathroom floor. I passed that note on to the property managers.

Shame there was only 3 coffee pods for 2 people for 2 days and no milk! And to be picky we would of liked more than an inch of shower gel. But all were available to buy in a little supermarket a few mins walk away so not a big problem.

This is truly a beautiful property. The location couldn't be more perfect, situated right in the centre of Chester. The apartment offers a sense of luxury and class, with excellent facilities and upmost comfort. Whilst the busy city life can be enjoyed throughout the day, come night the apartment provides peace and serenity. Check-in instructions are easy and simple to follow and parking is offered for a reasonable price only a short walk away. I would definitely recommend this property.

There was nothing we didn’t like however the tv in the bedroom is quite small and far away so maybe take a laptop if you like to watch films in bed :) also I struggled to get the water in the bath hot enough

The location is absolutely perfect, right in the centre of Chester. The property itself is so beautiful. The details are amazing, the facilities are perfect, everything is clean, smells great and you feel completely spoilt for space! We were so sad to only be staying the one night!

The finish of the property in it’s entirety was of a high standard. Attention to all details of each room and area allowed us to have a very comfortable stay. Location could not be beaten unless you are unable to climb stairs (we were in the apartment on the top floor).

The cathedral bells and noise from the general public on the high street was at times loud but nothing we didn't expect from being in the center of a city. This shouldn't sway you though, we will 100% be rebooking again.

Everything about this apartment is spectacular. The decor and architecture suited us perfectly. The location is great for people who want to explore the city, everything from history, food and shopping is on your doorstep. With two stunning views of the clock tower in the front and Cathedral in the back. Very happy with the walk in shower and king size bed which both fit my 6'4 partner (this isn't usually the case) Also having the sofa bed in the lounge was a bonus, perfect for a movie night in. The staff were also very accommodating and friendly as well as quick to reply to messages about the history of the building.

The shower wasn't working in the bathroom. We were only staying one night and found out in the morning, so there wasn't enough time for the host to do anything about it, though she went that afternoon so I'm sure it is fixed now. It didn't really matter for a one-night stay and there was always the wonderful copper bath in the bedroom so it wasn't as if we were without washing facilities. It would have been nice to have a few coffee pods for the machine.

The location was awesome, an historic building right in one of the prettiest parts of Chester. Interior was superb and spotlessly clean. Even though we were in the midst of shops and restaurants on a Friday night, it was still quiet in the apartment. It is in a pedestrianised area, but we parked in the nearby Watergate car park which was a very reasonable £6 a day.

Where to begin! The apartment is the most beautiful place we have ever stayed! It is clear to see how much hard work has gone into making it luxurious with so much attention to detail.
