The manager of the facility ...Mr Roberto is the best guy you are ever going to find in hospitality industry. His kindness and attention to details is second to none. He goes the extra mile to make guests comfortable.....I must say he surpassed my expectation.

The hosts Roberto and Anita were excellent, the accommodation was very spacey and clean. Nothing was to much from Roberto who was there to make our stay enjoyable. the Breakfast was to die for. Idea for bus into Croydon center.

Can’t say there was anything that I didn’t like about the property.

It was really easy to find. In a quiet part of London where there wasn’t any traffic at night so I was able to have a nice sleep each night that I was there. I was there for 2 evenings. Roberto and his wife are really accommodating people when I was coming down to London late due to train strikes and so they were up late at night to let me into their house. Breakfast was a really big bonus as I have yet to find these from anywhere else. I liked the selection of pastries Roberto.

If you’re a solo female traveler, this is the right place for you! It’s completely safe for solo traveler and also small family. Roberto was really helpful, responsive and friendly. He made u feel at home. Most importantly, he made me feel safe staying at his house. Thank you so much for the great hospitality Roberto & Anita.

Roberto and his wife Anita are very welcoming and were very accomodating. I had to go out in central London for a fonction and come back late at night, they found a way to let me come back late even though there is normally a curfew. The room was spacious and had all the facilities you could hope for. I will return in the future

Very clean house with modern furniture. Possibility to lock the door of your room. The host was very helpful and friendly and his breakfast presentation was 'hotel level'. I had expected much worse conditions based on my previous experience in this price category.

The whole place was very clean and homely. The breakfast was amazing! Roberto served it himself! It was a plus that it's close to station and has ample off street parking. It's very quiet residential area. Wifi worked very well and I could work from there!

Breakfast was very good Roberto could not do enough for me. I was the only guest on that day but the continental breakfast could have fed an army. Wifi was very strong, bedroom and facility's where super clean.

Not having booked a longer stay

Everything! Roberto greeted me at the front door with the warmest of welcomes. After a short chat and some delicious coffee, I would easily believe I had known the man all my life. The room was as comfortable as you might expect from a 4* hotel and the bed 5*. The bathroom was luxurious. The continental breakfast was more than sufficient, having me to refuse a cooked option. If you need a place to stay in the Croydon area, even if you want a night away from the homeliness of your home, this home from home can offer as much as anywhere else!

We had a wonderful stay in London and Roberto & Anita made us enjoy the stay even more! Easy commute to London, nice rooms, nice beds, very nice setup at breakfast and a very sweet chow chow :-)
