Really clean, really nice hosts, lots of lovely additional small touches that made it very special. The local area and views towards the lake were also very nice. Internet was also very good!

Susie & Paul were perfect hosts. Greeted us on arrival and showed us round. Beautiful little property, perfect break for a couple. The little things like fresh milk and flowers that are really special touches. Really quiet and relaxing.

Sue & Paul were unbelievably helpful and responsive to requests prior to our arrival and made the stay absolutely perfect.

The views were lovely, and the hosts were very welcoming and helpful. Inside, there was a heating system, tea making facilities, and a proper shower and bathroom. Will certianly stay here again.

The location was beautiful and close to main road connections, perfect for what we needed. Breakfast is self catering however there is a fridge with fresh milk which is a lovely touch. Toaster, kettle, microwave.

I loved how clean and fresh the accommodation felt as soon as you walked in, and being met by the owner to show me around was a lovely touch. The milk and snacks were very welcome, and I even had a top up when needed. Very peaceful location, and only a few minutes from the local shop if you need anything. Underfloor heating was very comforting, especially in the spacious bathroom, and the homemade soaps were a lovely bonus. Highly recommend!

Beautiful views, the property was very clean and well presented. The layout is a bedroom and bathroom, no kitchen. There is a fridge and microwave oven. Also tea and coffee making facilities.

The area is so peaceful and quiet. Great place to unwind. The hosts are so welcoming and nice, they go out of their way to make sure you're comfortable and have everything you need. We will definitely stay here again if we're back at Lincolnshire.

There wasn't anything we didn't like!

The room was absolutely perfect for what we wanted - peace and quite in a beautiful location. The owner Paul was extremely friendly and gave us all details that we needed of the area. Really relaxed day/night in a sedate quiet setting. Would definitely return and recommend.

Just take Swinderby out of the address please, it is confusing.

Absolutely everything. Location, gardens, walks, heated ensuit floors, extremely tasteful and modern facilities, the owners had thought of everything to make your stay very comfortable and couldn't do enough for you. Best ever.

Absolutely nothing to dislike. I'd stay again in a heartbeat

From the most wonderful greeting upon arrival to a beautiful text upon leaving, such a perfect stay. The hosts are welcoming and friendly, the room itself was just what I needed, coffee machine, lots of hanging space, large bathroom and underfloor heating throughout. Theres an iron, microwave, toaster, plates, cutlery and wine/champagne glasses, literally everything you need. The view itself is just beautiful. Handmade honey soap was a unique touch (made with honey from the bees on the field). If I come up again, I'm staying here! X

It was a bit too small for us for more than a two night stay. The space for the small fridge, toaster and microwave was a bit too compact. It was difficult to use these items and go into the bathroom as both doors opened into each other. I believe the hosts are going to extend the unit which will be much better.

The unit was well equipped, very clean and in a peaceful setting. The welcome was very friendly. We would return when the unit has been enlarged.

Excellent place to stay, host is very welcoming. The name says it all, fresh flowers, great coffee machine, and homemade honey bee soap. Local takeaway does a great shish kebab would highly recommend this place to stay.
