The staff in the holiday park itself were not the most helpful or friendly but that's nothing to do with the owner of this cabin.

The cabin was lovely and had everything we needed for our stay. Melanie was so helpful in helping me source 24 hour taxis for our trip and left lots of information about local attractions and locations of facilities within the holiday park. It's a great location and close to two towns with loads to do.

That we couldn't stay longer

What's not to like perfect location with everything you need if not more. We had the most amazing week away and can't wait to return again next year. Melanie the host even went the extra mile and allowed us to check in early which we really appreciated due to the bad weather.

Our lodge was situated at the top of a steep hill so could be difficult for some people to get to on foot if you have an mobility issues but by car is no problem at all. Lodges are available to book on the lower ground.

The lodge was beautiful & clean and had everything we needed for our stay including the added extras of tea, coffee, sugar, condiments, some toiletries and cleaning products. A little home from home. Great communication with the host and a contact number incase of any issues. We needed to top up the electricity for the week but that didn't cost much. The site is very clean and well maintained. The cafe served a varied menu of food all day with the option of take away. All meals were very nice and reasonably priced. The pool was very clean and well maintained and this was the highlight of our stay as we spent most days there with our daughter. The club offered food and beverages throughout the day and entertainment most evenings. Very family friendly, great views, lovely walks, very peaceful.

Loved it, lovely homely Lodge, set in a beautiful place, amenities were close by, lovely friendly staff, owner popped to say hello and was really lovely, fab walks, nice and relaxing

If I must write something it's that the site outdoor pool was a bit cold. (not accommodation related and out of owners control)

The Cabin is fully equipped, it had everything we needed and then some. The site is very well kept and the cafe/restaurant serves great food in large portions at a good price. The pool area and bar is very nice but, for us it was the cabin, it's quality and position are both top level.

There was nothing to dislike.

It was a lovely place to stay, surrounding area is beautiful. The cabin had everything you could want. We stayed at Christmas and the owners put a little tree up for us and decorated the table. They were so helpful.

The fact we had to supply our own bed linen and had to pay extra for electricity. This was explained to us the day after I paid for the accommodation. Had I known at time of booking I probably would have booked somewhere else and paid the extra and found somewhere nearer to the centre of caernarfan

honestly, nothing. we loved it.

everything. great location on the site, which has everything you should need to avoid having to drive to a nearby town. although we needed nothing because everything was supplied down to games for the children. ive stayed in many places and came prepared with extra bin bags, toilet rolls, washing up sponges, liquid, tea towels, kids games, the lot and needed very little.

When booking I specifically noted no pets and I'm sure it came back no pets allowed as I am allergic. But on arrival there where pet bowls in the cupboard and a notice saying don't allow pets pets into the bedroom. I have had irritation of the eyes all wkend
