I recommend the apartment wholeheartedly - the view from the window is amazing, the sound of the waves every day, wonderful walking paths around with wonderful views - access to the wonderful beach from the apartment in 3 minutes - apartment equipped with all the equipment you may need on vacation - cozy and atmospheric - a calm, quiet neighborhood perfect for relaxation - I will gladly recommend it to everyone and I will come back one day. The owners of the apartment were very helpful and nice🤗

It would be nice if there were some more towels provided. There is one big and small per person however if you want to go cold water swimming (like the locals) then you have to make some choices! So bring extra.

This is our second time returning to the property and the view is unbeatable. When the sea is in, you feel like you are staying in the ocean. Definitely worth it for the view. Good parking availability and a sauna just behind the building which is lovely. Tea, coffee, milk and biscuits are provided. We will be back!

As a solo traveller with lots of luggage, loading and unloading is a nuisance but unavoidable.

I have stayed in this flat before and will return. Fantastic view.

You need to be careful coming out of the driveway and the communal corridors and carpet are a bit tired

Was sent a message on the day of arrival that contractors were on site, but didn't need access to 7a. Scaffolding right outside the window to 7a all week, part blocking the view (pic enclosed so make your own mind up). On the first day a contractor on a Cherry picker appeared outside the window at 8.30am whilst having breakfast! Didn't hear much noise from the contractors. If work has to be done, then fair enough, but should have been told about the work much sooner (late communication almost felt deliberate as no chance to cancel, although I wouldn't have, would have been good to have the chance of an informed decision). Also, no lighting in the car park, so take a torch.

The location by the beach is spectacular. Just be aware that, due to the tide, the beach becomes inaccessible for about 2 hours a day (in February).

Hallways leading to the apartment need a bit of a freshen up but nothing serious as once you close the door its no longer important.

Without question the location and view were the absolute highlight of the stay. The apartment is comfortable and well laid out, very clean and warm enough even in winter but its all about the view. 7:30am: Armchair, coffee, big window and watching the waves crash on the beach 50yds away, what is not to like about that little bit of heaven.

we didn’t book long enough.

Visited family in South Wales and to celebrate my birthday. when we arrived, everything was very straightforward on collecting keys and getting in through private gates. The apartment was stunning. very clean, home feel and the views were unreal. little welcome package left for us and everything you could need for a wonderful stay. Beautiful area and staff that we bumped into were friendly and chatty. The kids loved looking out each morning and seeing the surfers. even though it was on the chilly side, it didn’t stop us going for a dip. Couldn’t rate it more. Definitely a returning customer for life.

The amazing view!! Eating our meals watching the surfers and swimmers. Direct access to the beach meant we could swim then come straight up to the hot shower. The flat was very comfortable and had everything we needed. Great information about places to visit

Microwave cooking not easy as no suitable cooking containers and microwave too small to put a dinner plate in. Hot water supply to basin and sink was intermittent.

Outside areas could be tided up and the hallway carpets needs cleaning. But inside the apartment was immaculate. I know work is being carried out.

Everything was perfect, the apartment was excellent very clean and comfortable. The views was amazing. We have now booked for next year .

There is nothing to dislike!

What isn't there to like!! Beautiful location and fantastic hosts.. we didn't switch the telly on all week .. Sat and watched the sea and the sky.. swam, body boarded and surfed.. The location is second to none. Our hosts were fantastic.. can't fault them or their gorgeous apartment.. Fantastic welcome pack too!! 🥰

Lots of stairs and doors from entrance made carrying heavy bags in and out on arrival and departure a chore but worth it .

Although it overlooked the beach there seemed a lot of stairs to actually get there! But we're not exactly youngsters.

Amazing views and location, very clean and well equipped. Great walks right from the door. We kayaked in the cove. We enjoyed just sitting by the open window and seeing all the comings and goings on the beach.

Only minor points: Would benefit from some good knives (all the ones we found were tiny or worn) and a large saucepan. No drying space. Drinking glasses were in 3's, it'd be nice to have a 4th as there were four of us staying.

Stunning location, with an incredible vista over Caswell Bay. Able to check tides, surf, etc from our own room! Clean and tidy, comfortable furniture and enough space for our small family. Minor problem with hot water was resolved very quickly (thanks!) Parking on site. Would love to return again.
