It's top floor so be prepared to carry your cases up the stairs. Its worth it though as the apartment is fantastic. The building door lock can be tricky.

The location is great and easy to find. As it is a penthouse, the views were lovely too. The apartment is very clean and spacious with excellent attention to detail and facilities. I would go back.

The apartment was so comfortable and had everything that we needed. The location is excellent, and there are many lovely restaurants and bars on the doorstep. Having parking at the property was very convenient. We can highly recommend this accommodation.

Everything!!, Outstanding apartment, location and Helen and Mark pushed the boat out for a wonderful stay at their beautiful property. I would throughly recommend booking to anyone with a touch of class. 5* !!.

The car park is very small and parking tight but we were lucky to get parking in a central location so I'm not complaining!! A few flights of stairs up to the apartment could be an issue if you have more luggage ect but we were fine.

Ideal location in central Chester, easy walk to all the bars and restuarants which is exactly what we needed. The apartment was immaculate and beautifully decorated. Lovely welcome basket of snacks was a real bonus.

An apartment that has six stars, everything is perfect and well thought out. Beautifully furnished and equipped, a fully functional kitchen with all the appliances you could require. Very comfortable bed and pillows. Thoughtful basket of food goodies on arrival and milk in the fridge The owner is very accommodating for early check in. Private parking onsite is a big bonus.

We loved the apartment so just a couple of minor additions would be useful such as an extra shelf in the bathroom maybe under the mirror for when applying makeup, a mirror on the bedroom wall nearer to the plug sockets for when drying/straightening hair. Lastly a small movable side table to use for drinks when relaxing and watching the tv. These are minor as we did love the apartment.

The apartment was in an excellent location as it was literally a few minutes walk into Chester centre. It was very comfortable and welcoming and Helen made it extra special with a welcome basket. The advent calendar to open each morning with handmade treats was a very thoughtful idea too. Parking was fantastic as once parked up we didn’t move the car for our 3 day stay. Would highly recommend and we have already booked again for the same time next year in the apartment they also own next door, as this one was already booked up.

Easy walk to city centre and attractions. Couldn’t ask for anything better. Homely and good tech in property to relax when back from attractions. Modern and clean property with lovely eco touches and everything you need. Perfect

The difficult to open main front door and the staircase. Lots of stairs to take suitcases up and down - 20 all up. However, it is an old building and it is the Penthouse. A washing machine would be a welcome addition to consider. A small bench in the bathroom for putting a toilet bag on would be great too.

Location was excellent. Close enough to walk into the main areas yet far enough away not to be noisy.

Nothing to complain about but there are 39 steps to get up to the penthouses, which might be a bit of a struggle for some.

Plenty of room and all the facilities you need to feel home from home. The TV was great but don’t forget to take your passwords with you if you want to watch Netflix or Amazon Prime. A really great location as the apartment is not far from the hub of the City. Just thought I would mention a little gem of a pub just up the road called the Albion Inn as the landlady was so welcoming and they had some wonderful real ales that were so well kept. Shame we only popped in on our way back on our last night.
