The caravan was super comfortable, and it was lovely to have basic provisions left for us. It was just a shame that there was only one night left when we booked. We would definitely like to come back.

Caravan was a very good standard. It was clean, spacious and loved that there was a PlayStation for the kids. Great communication with the hosts who offered us early check in and late check out for no extra cost! Loved the caravan site, plenty to do for the kids and we will hopefully be returning in the summer time when it’s not raining all weekend 🌧️

beautiful homely caravan, very cosy, great location and perfect for kids! We have never stayed in a caravan like this before with how it has everything you needed like a home away from home ’ PlayStation, high-fi, wifi, Would highly recommend and visit again but stay longer! It was perfect! X

Lovely homely caravan. The welcome pack was great, you can start your holiday as soon as you walk through the door. It was very well equipped with everything we needed.

Cars cannot be parked next to caravan due to caravan site rules (understandably) so made bringing luggage and travel cot etc. a bit trickier than we would have liked but only minor inconvenience.

I cannot fault anything.

What an amazing stay! We arrived on a soggy wet weekend and still had a fantastic time. The accommodation is immaculate with everything you could ask for for a comfortable stay. It is very modern and felt like there was plenty of space. To our surprise the fridge was stocked full with lovely food, which was a huge help as it meant we could just unpack and start enjoying our holiday rather than trailing back out to the supermarket after a long journey so this was greatly appreciated. The food covered our breakfasts and all of our meals which means that for the price all meals are included which is excellent value. The accommodation is extremely well equipped, and has a great spacious shower. The beds are extremely comfortable. There is a lovely outdoor balcony with seating for nice weather. The resort is really lovely with everything you need for you and your family to enjoy your stay. It is a very short walk down to the beach however it was terrible weather so we enjoyed the view from the top of the cliff, turned around and went and enjoyed the on site restaurant instead. This will be the first of many stays at this accommodation when in the area. Thankyou :)

Unfortunately had our original caravan changed last minute due to something out of our control same pricing from 10 people to 5 people however was still a good location.

Caravan was in a lovely spot very close to reception, loved it was on a park with amenities close to us, 10 minute drive into Scarborough.

Booking.com say's there's no parking....

Such a cosy home from home with individual touches and extras to make you and your family feel welcome. I couldn't see the number on the caravan in the driving rain that greeted us on arrival so Mandy and her hubby and little one came out to rescue us! Booking.com not that helpful with directions... swing left as you enter the site, follow the road round past the Nisa shop, straight on at the mini roundabout, then left when you see the sign for Ivy and base camp, Jay is still on your left, Flower Pot retreat is one row back from the front with no other caravan between it and the parking...yes, there's very convenient parking and a concrete path...silly booking.com tells you here is no parking when there's excellent parking and plenty of disabled spaces too. Hope we get back her another day...and we'll be ordering takeaway from iKitchen again, 10 mins away on the outskirts of Scarborough and the best we have had in a long time.
