It was a bit chilly in the night it would have been a good idea to have the heating working and wifi not working. And one question, why are there 8 pillows on the bed ? :)

Lovely place ! That was the fastest checkin I have ever had it took like 1 minute. The place is pretty nice the food is really good and the value for money is amazing prices are quite low, for accommodation as well as for food. It is close to Lincolnshire Showground like 15min by car, I will definitely comeback next time.

I stated I was staying with my 12 year old grandson and we had to share a double bed. Would've preferred 2 single beds.

Lovely room at the back of the place. Very quiet and cosy. Also very clean. Offer to pay for breakfast in the morning is a great option aswell.

Made to feel very welcome. Breakfast was excellent, English breakfast served fresh with a range of options to suit all tastes and appetites. Dinner. Great variety on offer. Each of the meals served up to group over the period of our stay was well presented and of a high standard in terms of quality and quantity.

I couldn't get wifi in the room, and the sink was very small; these had no impact on my stay. Being on foot, it's not handy for shops (but that was the idea for me - it's a pleasant walk out from Gainsborough or Saxilby)

Room was ideal, nice size, clean and with a decent bathroom. Facilities provides; tea-making and towels all spot on. Staff very pleasant and helpful; breakfast was great and getting dinner in the pub was accommodated; decent pub-grub.

Very small bedroom and shower room yet warm and comfortable room, great wifi and tv reception. Tea and coffee provided too. Pub restaurant was really good value and tasty homecooked meals. We highly recommend it

Slightly off put by the damp walls and dehumidifier but at the price of the room I have no complaints.

Very good value for money. Warm and welcoming staff. Good atmosphere in the pub. Perfect for a stop over when needed.

The mattress was very soft and not really suitable for an adult over 6ft as my feet was sticking out the bottom of the bed and the pillows were skinny. The lady at breakfast said different rooms have different mattresses. Had i known this i would have asked for a firmer one. The sink wasn't cleaned as it had the remains of someone's facial hair all over the sink...post shave of course. The few things that could be improved are simple. The room was £54 and breakfast an extra £7.50. When I booked the room it said b&b £54 so slightly dissapointed when I was told brekkie was not included.

Room was simple, cosy but absolutely fine. staff were very friendly and welcoming. Food was good.

Beautiful spacious chalet room in an annexe from the pub off the car park, so easy to transport luggage (which is always a consideration for me when booking!). There were glass panneled doors to the entrance which I presume would normally provide a lovely countryside view as I could just see 2 swans in the distance (but couldn’t see a lot else as I arrived in the dark and left in the morning in dense fog!) I chose the accommodation for its proximity to RAF Scampton. I loved the spacious bathroom and walk in shower. I also loved the peaceful countryside location and wildlife.

Could have been a bit cheaper. I don't think that it would have been so quiet had the other two chalets were unoccupied .

Cosy room that ticks all the boxes for a couple of night's stay. Clean, comfy and quiet. There is a decent bar, with real ales (though as I'm on a dry year, I can't vouch for them!) The conservatory, where I ate is spacious and popular and rightly so - the food is generous and tasty. Breakfast was great, too. All in all, just what I wanted to find. I'll be back!
