Wow! What a beautiful place. It’s fabulously clean. All instructions are clearly set out. There is everything you need for a relaxing stay. The photos don’t do it justice. Toni was great at comms and provided all that we needed. We definitely will stay here again- thank you !!

Up until just as we walked out of the property at 11.00am we had nothing really negative to say unfortunately until we met the housekeeper as we were leaving. She was rude and dismissive to say the least and I’m sure after we left she didn’t have much to do as my wife was a housekeeper at a luxury resort in Byron Bay Australia 🇦🇺. That was our only gripe. Please do not let this stop you from booking this magnificent property.

We loved absolutely everything about this property. We loved the homey feel and the ease of operating all of the electronics including the electric skylights. Everything worked as it should and it was soooo comfortable indeed. Love love this vacation home.

The only item we could find missing and it wasn’t anything we needed but my sister needed to look for anything that was missing potentially missing and she found it the last night we were there it was an iron 😀 but everything else was in the property

This stunning villa was in a peaceful and private location. It was well equipped with everything we needed to make our stay comfortable. The host, Toni, was very welcoming and did everything possible to make our stay as pleasant as possible. Unfortunately we were there to be close Addenbrooke’s Hospital as our daughter was having brain surgery. Toni was incredibly empathetic, helpful and flexible with any last minute changes we needed to make our booking which helped ease the stress of the situation. We can’t thank Toni enough and highly recommend this beautiful property.

Lovely property, perfect for a weekend in Cambridge! We had a very comfortable stay and would definitely recommend. Parking is only available for one car, but this wasn’t a problem as we parked our second car locally.

The property is very modern, comfortable, high end fixtures and fittings and really well-laid out. Lots of nice art work and a great kitchen, underfloor heating, an amazing bathtub, great little terrace area and brilliantly located. Toni was a very friendly and attentive host.

My phone signal kept cutting in and out but that's the fault of my phone company, not the property

Garden Villa was simply lovely. Every imaginable comfort, warm and cosy, extremely well equipped and very spacious, ultra-modern appliances and décor. Unlike many places it fitted the description exactly, and the information supplied was simple and accurate. The hosts did not disturb us and we had no need to disturb them. I have never been to a place that I would rate so highly, definitely a 10. Excellent value, no complaints, strongly recommended.
