En-suite bathroom needs furnishing for placing personal toiletries (perhaps a small shelf) and hooks/ racks for hanging towels.

Proximity to Inverness town center along a sidewalk and pretty footpath along Ness River. Nice in-room coffee tea service. Nice bedding. Nice dining room and pleasant service for breakfast.

Everything was pretty good. Would have liked a thinner blanket as an option on the bed, such as in the closet or something like that. But that's not a big deal.

It was very clean, the breakfast was excellent, everyone was helpful and kind. The price was good for the value and communication was excellent.

Superb hosts! Very comfortable beds. Great property right on the river. The best hotel breakfast that I have experienced. Well over 50 options and they cook eggs/omelettes upon request. Amazing experience in a refined dining area. Special shout out for providing bag lunches as we had to leave quite early on our last morning.

The guest house was beautiful and well maintained and obviously loved by elderly couple who owned it. We received a friendly greeting and taken to our room directly. Breakfast was the best bit with all manner of options from pastries to fresh fruit and scrambled eggs were available. The room was very cosy and warm and very well maintained and looked after

If there was any aspect that we took pause with was the parking. While it's plentiful at the rear of the house, it could be a bit tight getting in and out with a narrow drive down, and also plenty of parking in the front of the house (4 large vehicles), but that also takes some maneuvering to get back onto the road. It all depends on your level of comfort and technique in maneuvering (and size of vehicle). :)

The proprietors couldn't have been more helpful, accommodating and delightful. Truly made us feel at home and so very welcome .... with a wonderful sense of humour and care. A great combination. The particular room we stayed in was a bit smaller than we were expecting, but well presented and comfortable. Also, it's a short walk (around a mile) to the centre of town along the quiet road .... or slipping into the pathway to walk alongside the river. All in all, a wonderful place to stay.
