We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.
Ideally, we would publish every review we receive, whether positive or negative. However, we won’t display any review that includes or refers to (among other things):

United KingdomThere were coffee facilities in the room but no milk, so perhaps a few little pots would be good before having chance to get your own. But other than that I couldn’t fault it.
We stayed in the middle floor apartment. The photos did not do it justice. It’s a beautiful, clean, airy space. The staff (Renata, especially) were extremely helpful, going above and beyond to ensure our stay was a good one. Breakfast was nice and they have a lovely garden. I would definitely stay here again.

Wonderful, kind, caring people nothing to much trouble. Breakfast presented beautifully with a centre table of cereals all in beatiful dishes, fresh fruit, choose of fruit juices, cheese, croissants & pan au chocolat. Also included is a full English breakfast. Rooms are comfortable with plenty of storage, hairdryer and a fan. Outside you have the use of a beautifully maintained garden. Vibrant high street just round the corner and the tube 5 minutes walk at the bottom of the road taking you straight into Leicester Square. Room needs updating, but it's acceptable size, very decent natural light, bathroom with window, quiet and relaxing garden views. It would benefit from providing a desk in room. Bed very comfortable and a real king size. Lovely garden. Did not try breakfast, but had very good value beers on the garden patio. Location good for Northern Line Tube, so access to Higate (10mins) and west end (20mins) very easy. Considering al the above, price was good value.

CanadaWater from the shower splashed all over the bathroom floor. The situation could be improved by installing a longer splash guard or a full shower curtain. Also, 2 of the 4 bedroom windows could not be opened, making the room uncomfortably hot when the outside day temperature was 30C during our stay.
The staff members were super friendly and accommodating. The location is convenient. Breakfast was very good value for its money. The breakfast room was cozy and leading conveniently to a very lovely backyard lined with gorgeous roses and other summer blooms. The setting was a total delight and we thoroughly enjoyed sitting outside taking in the views, smelling the roses and hearing the birds chirping.

GermanyWe stayed in one of the beautiful apartments of Glenlyn Hotel. It had two bed rooms and a living room with kitchen and there was enough space for a family of four. The breakfast was delicious, you could choose between a full english breakfast or continental breakfast. Within a five minutes walk you reach Woodside Park underground station, a food store is close by as well as a couple of restaurants in High Road which makes the hotel a perfect location to stay.
