The sofa isn’t comfy and quite small. Switching to another one would be better. We usually receive a few cleaning products like a cloth, soap, dishwasher tablets etc in a box on arrival but we didn’t this time. If I had known, I would’ve brought my own but I wasn’t going to go out and buy more especially dishwasher tablets as they’re expensive and I don’t need them at home

We love apartment 11. It’s spacious. Beds are comfy. Location is perfect and the car park is only a minute walk away. The cost is affordable and it’s a perfect place to stay when you have children!

Outside noise on Saturday night but not the hosts fault as street noise.

It was handy there being some milk in the fridge, and the staff were very helpful when I needed something additional to be dropped off at the apartment.

The keys weren’t in the lock box, I called the number and it took a couple of attempts to get through, when I did it was sorted immediately and I stayed in the apartment next door.

The windows could have been better. They were too low. Also when arrived there was water falling outside door from the top. Some sort of leakage. It was not sorted out till I left even though I called to complain.

The shower drain was blocked with long hair. Although you pay for the car parking the area is not secure as the entrance gate is left open day and night and the first day the security barrier was not working.

The location was great, and everything was within walking distance with great restaurants locally and just a 15 min walk to the beach and a 5 min walk to the train station. Would defaintly stay there again

Rooms got very hot during the heatwave, so we had to buy a fan for the apartment, as windows being open wasn't enough to cool the apartment down.

Surround sound was a nice little touch to the apartment. Overall, the apartment was great to stay in as it had more or less everything that was needed.

When we entered, there was a bad smell coming from one of the bathrooms. After about half an hour it was all clear and fine for the rest of our stay. Beds not very comfortable.

Lovely, modern apartment, 5 minute drive from the beach or a 20 minute walk. Netflix and YouTube available on TV. Very clean, and great for a family stay. Well equipt apartment in a lovely area. Would defo recommend.
