This could be such a lovely building, but needs many thousands to fix. fixtures and fittings need sorting and upgrading. There was no floor level plug sockets so had to use kettle outside my room, the radiator wouldn't turn down so room was very hot even with the window open and toilet was out of order on my level, so had to go down stairs.

    cheap and cheerful.

The room was not cleaned at all. The kettle was lying on the floor and was without glasses. There were insects inside, spiders, and bedbugs, The lock of the main door was not working. No privacy. No almirah no table no chair to keep your things. No electricity ports Near bed. Electrical ports are with the main gate. No towels, no soap, no toiletries at all. Another thing was there is no attached toilet with any room. There is only one toilet common for everyone which is in the worst condition in that too on the ground floor. Imagine you are in your room and want to go to the washroom at night. You need to get 4 floors down through stairs as there is no lift. In simple words i am saying if you want to stay here for free, i will not risk myself. It's that simple choice is yours. I am sorry i was not able to click photos. But seriously man it was _______

    The staff was co-operative

    A travesty.

Everything. There was minimal covering on the bed. There was a kettle but no mugs, cups or drinking glasses. There was no chair or table. There was no plug in the wash basin and the light above the wash basin was broken. The sign outside advertises the place as Bed and Breakfast, but no breakfast was available. I was told that there were a number of people staying there who were being accommodated by the council until they found a home. The onr or two I met were perfectly decent people and I have nothing against that in principle. But it is not a hotel. I seemed to be the only guest there, and apart from my car, the car park was deserted. I think this place could be had under the Trade Descriptions Act. I am demanding a full refund of my £59, as I didn't stay there. I left after one hour. If I do not receive a full refund, I am contacting the Ombudsman.

Nothing. Within one hour of booking in, I left the premises and booked in somewhere else much more comfortable and cheaper. It is a travesty to call thus place a hotel and charge £59 for a room with no facilities.

Pretty much everything. The building looks nothing like the pictures and i actually thought this hotel was derelect. It wasn't quite as bad inside but I expect much better from Booking.com. this hotel has clearly not been checked out.

    Not much really
