At eight o 'clock in the morning, a staff suddenly opened our room door with a key and burst in. It really scared me. The hotel did not give us any explanation afterwards.

TV and/or remote did not work at all. I got an email 4 hours after booking in asking when I might arrive...! Remnants of mold around bathroom sink.

Staff are amazingly nice. Place is generally clean.

Needs updating/decorating

Situation of property was excellent. Situation of room was excellent. London is obviously extemely expensive but property needs decorating and generaly updating. My room was in the annexe, so main building may be different. TV did not work, having sound only.

The owners of the hotel did not even make any reasonable attempt to improve the condition of the hotel . If we say the British are conservative, not to the level i see in that hotel . It is disgraceful to call that facility a hotel in London . Even the villages in Africa can do better

2 single beds in an extremely outdated property with only a sink and a tv that doesn’t work. Smelly shared shower and shared toilet. Not for me this one.

We stayed at this hotel two years ago. It was shabby but clean and the staff were very nice and it was value for money so we decided it was worth using again, However, this time it was very dirty, cold and draughty.

Bed extremely hard and uncomfortable. Same with the pillows. Zero facilities in the room. Not kettle, no glass or cup. Only one plug socket. Decor was scruffy and tired. The curtains didn't fit the window giving no privacy and causing light to stream in in the morning.

1 step up from a hostel. Old warn out room. think prison cell that you can leave. really basic lodgings. having said that it's 20 to 30 pound cheaper than any private room in the city. at 58 pound you have to accept what you get. wouldn't stay longer than 1 night. but it's a bed and a roof. receptionist was pleasant enough.

The beds were too creaky to sleep on, there was no sink plug and the taps were backwards.

The location was perfect except that it was exceedingly noisy throughout the night. The room was impeccably clean, but the paint was peeling off. I could have paid a little more for a serious upgrade in the area.

Location good for exploring or going out in London. It's a budget hotel a lot cheaper than most places nearby so it's going to be dated but the check in was easy, the ensuite was fine, the bed was all right and the room's temperature was warm enough despite it being cold outside. Slept fine. Nothing to complain about really.

The property has a sister property 3 doors down but there is no Wifi. Wifi should be installed especially for visitors when wanting to look at attraction times ect ect.

For its location, its was great value for money and what we needed it. a bed and shower facilities. Have stayed in this hotel 3 times and it does meet our expectations.

No light in bathroom. Noise levels. Heater was on high asked to turn it down twice but had to sleep with window open due to intense heat. This then meant we were woken up very early
