it was slightly hard to find the room, as the rooms are not all on the same level. Also, there was not a lot of space in the shower, and since the shower was fixed it was quite hard to shower without, for example. washing my hair

Noise outside throughout the night which you'd expect in a great city centre on a Friday and Saturday night. The pros of staying in the city centre far outweighed this con, but it's something to bear in mind if you really need peace and quiet.

Beds were so comfy, and the room had everything we needed. Lovely staff. We will definitely stay again.

The only negative was the mini fridge didn’t work. It made everything warm so that could do with being changed for future guests 😊. It was in room 41.

Our first room was tiny. No view. Inside window. We asked to change and paid extra for an upgrade. The new room was amazing. Loads of room and nice view. Staff were amazing. Food was fantastic

Spacious room with large comfortable bed and lots of natural light. Location on iconic Grey Steet is fantastic, right in the heart of the city, short stroll to The Quayside & lots of other attractions. Staff as always very friendly, check in very swift.

From our perspective nothing could be improved upon because we were not in the room very much and had no grouses!

Easy to check in and both receptionists welcoming. I was meeting friends to go to the theatre royal so the location was perfect. The room was comfortable and the beds also comfortable. Overall we enjoyed staying at the hotel and the entrance area decorated beautifully so one felt welcomed before going in through the door.

Very friendly greeting from Harsh. The hotel is perfectly situated in Newcastle. It is also beautiful and clean, with great facilities. We had an issue with noisy plumbing through the night from a room above us. The manager was very efficient in solving the problem (a loose fitting on a toilet) and even gave us a discount for the inconvenience. Would recommend for a night out in Newcastle.
