The shower was a bit slippery, maybe a shower non-slip mat could be supplied.

Excellent hosts and a comfortable large room. everthing you require for a break. The welcome cake was a nice addition to the well stocked fridge.

Everything was great.

Hosts were amazing. They kept me updated and pinged me from time to time if everything is ok. Food supply was great. I felt supported with any kinds of requests I had. I highly recommend.

Nothing - all good.

Breakfast was really good - continental breakfast in the room, so we could have it when we wanted. This fitted in well with our plans as we were going out early and came back for breakfast. We went for a meal at the pub around the corner for one meal - very good, recommended. We were pretty busy so didn't get a chance to walk around much, but did get out and see the church and Bee Shelter. Would certainly return.

These are tiny points, but it would have been perfect if you had decaf coffee or herbal tea. I can’t have caffeine. And be a coffee plunger with filter coffee rather than instant. The only other thing I am 5’’2. I had to tiptoe to see in the memory; lowering or a larger mirror would have made it a little easier to do my makeup ☺️

I could hear sounds from upstairs; muffled conversation, footsteps, bed springs. So when the upstairs guests stayed up late it meant I was up late. But there is not much you can do about this. Also the place to hang clothes was above the rubbish and recycle bins which was not ideal.

Location. Quiet, convenient. Very comfortable bed. Very clean. Clear instructions. Strawberries and coconut soy yoghurt; yum. Excellent value.

The bathroom needs some attention. The toilet seat was loose and slid around. The shower temperature control was stuck and could not be moved. As is common in hard water areas there was limescale in the shower and other areas. It can be hard to remove but is worth it. There was no wardrobe and the rail for hanging clothes was right over the rubbish bins so long dresses were in danger of being soiled.

Breakfast was simple but adequate. It would have been nice to have some fruit. Bed very comfortable. Very friendly greeting and the carrot cake was appreciated. Well laid out room. Small but met our needs.

Hard to find something to say here. We loved it and if we need to stay in this area again we will book this one.

It is a very hands off b&b. Everything is laid on, in your room and ready to go. The facilities are good. A microwave, fridge, kettle, toaster and all food for your continental breakfast are there. The washing up is done while you are out and everything topped up for the next day. It made for a peaceful stress free break, not having to worry about being down for breakfast at a set time, and being able to microwave a quick dinner when you got in. The room was well laid out and comfy.
