There was really nothing that was an issue or that we didn't like!

The 'cottage' was immaculately clean and beautifully designed, with everything we could have wished for. The host provided many personal touches such as freshly baked rolls, and small vases of freshly picked flowers dotted around the space. We were also able to request freshly baked bread at a small extra cost, which was delicious. A very minor issue we had with a faulty light bulb was dealt with immediately, and the host overall made us feel extremely welcome and well looked after. We loved being able to walk a short way into the village where there were two good cafes and a village shop, plus the option of a beautiful walk through the adjacent woodland and across fields to Wadswick offering another cafe shop facility.

Well kept, away from noises so you can have a sound sleep! Minutes away from the shops' a bonus! Katie left us some freshly baked buns, and home made granola plus milk and butter too! There's TV with Netflix and Prime :)

Beautiful place to stay with breathtaking views. The apartment is cosy yet spacious, clean and modern with lovely touches from Katie the host. Enjoyed a walk in the local woods to a near by rustic pub and only a short drive into Bath. Highly recommend.

A wonderful place to stay and explore the local area. The facilities were excellent and immaculate. Katie, the host, was really helpful, and the fresh rolls and home-made granola were nice touches. The TV and WiFi were spot on and everything was beautifully presented. I would have no hesitation in recommending this 'Hidden Escape' to others and will certainly be staying again.

Katie was the perfect host, what a lovely find! Blackout curtains, powerful shower, exceptionally clean and very comfortable for the first time in awhile I slept for 10 hours. A late check-out wasn’t a issue. We’ll be back!

We loved everything about the location and house. It was a perfect night away for our Ruby Wedding Anniversary. Kate, our host was very welcoming, and her children and Nutmeg (their new addition to the family ... fluffy dog). Kate had thought of everything in the house, very well planned. As she loves baking we had freshly made granola, and malted rolls waiting for us. Wonderful view from sitting in the garden, and looking out of the kitchen window. Bed extremely comfortable, and very peaceful at night. xx

What a fantastic property! The facilities were excellent and immaculate. The host was incredibly helpful. The TV was enormous and everything was beautifully presented. Fantastic views to wake up to. Would recommend anyone to stay and will certainly stay again if in the area.
