Maybe try to have a curtain in the window, as the Summer light woke us up at 4 am. Also, we suggest a TV in the room, It will add value to it, and you can charge a little more if you have a TV in the room.

We really loved the effort the host had made to welcome us, e.g, cans of beer on the table, in case we fancied a drink on a Saturday evening. The bed was very comfortable and the room was very welcoming. Internet connection was fantastic. I also loved the coffee machine.

The bed was comfortable but very loose and squeaky, also we had no milk for our cup of tea but apart from that it was great, would definitely book here again

It was a really lovely place, the room was clean & tidy & facilities were good

The bed was very wobbly, needs screws tightening also needs option of more than one pillow per person. Shower kept running cold as did both sinks not enjoyable whilst having a shower. Description didn’t meet up with actual facilities on more than one item. Noisy with busy road next to it. No curtains so light very early in summer.

Small room without some of the basic facilities - no bath

The description on Booking.com is not correct. It is not a "charming studio apartment with private garden" and it certainly isn't "spacious" it is a small room with limited facilities. There is not a "fully equipped kitchen" - there was a microwave and a coffee machine - but no toaster, no bottle opener, no kitchen knives The fridge was not working! Not sure how a "culinary enthusiast" would manage There is not a "private lush garden" - there is a small patch of astro turf - which at the time of our visit was largely taken up by a roll of flooring A key feature is private parking - only there isn't any. Instead you are directed to a dark public car park - opposite a derelict building The free wifi was good - until it stopped working - although that was fixed by the host. We had specifically searched for and chosen a room with a bath. The description says "a private bathroom with a bath, shower and a hair dryer". There was no hair dryer until we asked for one. The shower temperature was constantly going cold - so not a pleasant experience. But worst of all - there was no bath - and never has been The wardrobe consists of a small wall mounted rail with four hangers The mirror was on the floor - not even mounted on the wall The photos show a welcome basket - a nice touch - but ours contained one bottle of Peroni (which we couldn't open as there is no bottle opener) and three large bags of salt & vinegar crisps - bizarre! Heating is by an electric radiator - which took a long time to get the room anything close to warm on a January night. And to top it all - there is no TV in the apartment? Not something I would ever check for when booking as even the most basic rooms in Travelodge have a telly!

Located an easy walk from the city centre. Clean apartment. Wifi
