Really enjoyed our stay. The quality of the bedding and room facilities were of a high standard. We stayed in room 5 which had a good view and was just the right size. The information within the room was well thought out and clear. Lastly both felt the shower was one of the best.

Very clean. Very well maintained. On-site parking. 5 minute walk from the town centre one way. And a 5 Minute walk from 2 nice beaches the other way. Sea view. Comfy beds and the shower was lovely. Definitely recommend.

I cannot think of anything negative.

No breakfast at the hotel. They own a restaurant in town where one gets a 10 discount. The room itself was very attractively decorated with unique lighting. The bed was very comfortable and impressive. Great shower with all the shampoo, conditioner, body wash included..there was also a very well appointed lounge with large tv and a second room with a large beer/wine cooler and mixers and appropriate beverage glasses. They even provided beach towels for the beach 5 minutes away.

I do quite like a reception and person on site which this lacked. I’d also assumed their bar was attached to the hotel as I’d misinterpreted the marketing in their literature but didn’t realise it was elsewhere in the town. We were a bit disappointed as had hoped to pop in for a drink without having to go off site, before heading off for our spa afternoon

Very attractive place to stay and liked the little touches like honesty bar and free fresh milk. They also put up a lovely happy birthday banner over the bed as it was my and my daughter’s birthday

Highcliffe was in an amazing location - really easy to walk to the centre of Falmouth or to the beaches in the other direction. The hotel was nicely decorated and the parking was good too with very clear communication on check in times etc too.

Everything was fabulous, no issues at all but our room was at the top of two flights of stairs (hence the views).

We managed to book the penthouse room (7) so had fabulous views over the harbour. The room was extremely comfortable and beautifully decorated with good quality bedding and very comfy bed. There was plenty of storage space and lots of surface areas so really easy to organise ourselves. The room information was extremely comprehensive and explained there was a fridge in the dining room for clients' use, this was really useful and also contained fresh milk if required. Breakfast wasn't included which was made clear when booking but that wasn't an issue as it was easy to cater for ourselves and there were plenty of cafes in Falmouth. The location was convenient for, about 10 minute walk from the town.

There was nothing we did not like, PERFECTION!

Well what can I say, we were blown away to be honest. The guest house is beautifully styled, it was the little details that made it shine. There was also a guest lounge and guest dining area with an honest open bar which was a nice touch. Our room had a amazing view of the seaside, with a bath, the best power shower and the most comfortable bed I think I’ve slept on. We stayed a few nights and each day our room was cleaned and looked spotless when returning to the room. The owner was wonderful, such a lovely person and you can see the love she has put into this property. Very welcoming and helpful. Also fantastic location 8-10mins walk to the centre of Falmouth. If you are visiting Falmouth then you must stay at the Highcliffe Guest house, you will not regret it.

The room was superb, the sitting room and dining room, both shared spaces offered clean, comfortable and practical accommodation . Tha location was great, easy walking in either direction for the beach or Falmouth town centre.

Room 3 shower was a bit crammed, but personally we managed just fine with!

The location was very close to Falmouth town and also the train station which made it very easy to travel to and from places. Also the property was nicely decorated and clean
