Property and hosts absolutely amazing! Hosts are so friendly and give good recommendations of where to go (kebab shop round the corner is a must!). Bed extremely comfortable, breakfast amazing. Fan provided with room (a life saver during hot weather). Location is ideal with pleasure beach, local bars, restaurants and trams. Bar prices amazing! Basically just amazing! 10/10 stay, we can’t wait to visit back!

We stayed in a family room and it was more spacious that I thought it would be. It was very clean and had plenty of storage for me my daughter and my 3yr old granddaughter. Simon and Roz were great hosts and went out there way to ensure we had a great time. Breakfast was absolutely amazing, from branded cereals to the cooked breakfast. The location was absolutely perfect as I was concerned we would hear the noise from the shows but not a thing so we all had a great sleep. I am very fussy about where I stay but I honestly cannot fault anything. Even a walk down to the water at 7.30 I'm the morning was fantastic. Thank you Simon and Roz we will definitely be back..

There was nothing I did not like

Hilbre Hotel was an amazing place to stay, spent two nights with the family for the weekend, was greeted at the door on arrival, gave us the keys straight away and explained where everything was. Both rooms were spotless, they were really clean and and everything you needed, towels, toiletries. Fantastic services by the owners, really nice quite bar to chill in the evening. Very friendly, dinning room is really nice, choice of cereals or full breakfast. Would definitely recommend and i would definitely stay again .

Location for some might be a bit out the way. Great for us as its right by the Pleasure Beach. Opposite end of tower. We choose due to the location. We wanted that end as we have friends in Blackpool and they are closer to Pleasure Beach.

Staff were lovely. Easy to chat with and happy to help out in any way. Asked for the room to be decorated with birthday banners and balloons and was told no problem. (Didn't end up needing that cause I changed the dates). Moved their own car so I could make sure our new car was right outside the property. Comfortable beds. Clean rooms. Yummy breakfast. Would 100% go back. 😊

An absolute gem right by the promenade! Immaculately clean and well-maintained property with such lovely hosts. Nothing was too much trouble! Good breakfast catered to my gluten intolerance with no hassle at all. Secure parking was a major bonus as well. We will definitely be back!

Great hosts , very friendly and happy to advise about the local area. Room was extremely clean with comfortable bed. Full english Breakfast was very tasty well cooked and plenty of unlimited tea/coffee toast. Location was literally a minutes walk to the Beach front and close to pleasure beach. Bonus was saving a car parking space for when we arrived.

our family room was tidy and clean. staff are so nice, friendly and helpful. The breakfast were amazing. our kids enjoyed the food. They have an entertainment room as well like pool table which our kids loves it too. They even allowed us to leave our luggage for few hours after our checked out so we can go to the waterpark.

Absolutely amazing hosts Simon and Roz couldn't do enough for me and my son. Hotel was spotless the breakfast was amazing and they catered for what you wanted. Parking on site or in front of hotel for free. Right opposite South Pier. Had an amazing stay and will definitely be back again. Fantastic experience.

There was nothing that could’ve been better.

The food was excellent and the room we had was much larger than expected. The owners were amazing. Always happy to help and nothing was ever an issue. Lovely reception areas to relax. Location is perfect for Blackpool opposite south pier with a tram stop 100 metres from the B&B and pleasure park easily walkable.

For the money paid vs what we needed / expected, you can’t fault this place in my opinion. You have to review every place on its own merit, I have travelled 42 countries, 200+ plane journeys… it exceeded my expectation from start to finish. Well done everyone.

From start to finish it was seamless. I had organised parking right outside the hotel, breakfast was really decent, staff who own it are really passionate about the guest experience. For the money we paid, the location, room, parking, breakfast, it was exceptional value. A 2 night stay, myself and my 3 year old boy spending some quality father / son time together. Perfect.

Nothing could have been better.

Great breakfast, very clean room and throughout. Fantastic hosts and nothing was too much trouble from arriving to departing. Ambassadors for the hotel and would certainly recommend staying here, as we will be next time we are in the area. Great location too.
