The breakfast is not as good as the same hotels in this chain, as a lot more variety is offered elsewhere. I don't like having to pay for parking considering I have no choice, as this is not something that I have to do mostly in other hotels or chains. My other issue is the cost of my dog as £20 per night is a bit steep compared to other places.

The location is excellent and the room was very clean with a comfortable bed. There is a large reception and plenty of parking spaces, which is always a bonus.

Cooked breakfast, fried foods were overcooked at breakfast e.g. hash browns were solid, unfortunately some bits were cold (sausages). No decaffeinated options for tea / coffee.

Bar too expensive, restaurant menu could be improvised considering the business of the hotel. A few more toiletries could be provided like ear buds, shower cap etc

Breakfast was not up to scratch. Beverage set up needs improving, waiting for cups, shortage of items, Staff stressed. Peak times are identified on displayed information, cater for that, don't expect people to get up 2 hours earlier to get breakfast.

The TV remote was disgusting and looked like it hasn't been cleaned in a long time. Another small but relevant thing was the the body wash was placed in the holder by the sink and not in the shower where it was needed.

The cooked breakfast was the worst I’ve eaten in a long time, the sausages were cheap and nasty, there were no poached or fried eggs, the scrambled eggs tasted very rubbery, the bacon was extremely greasy and cheap looking, the hash browns were soggy and the bread was a cheap bread. The yogurt was nice and there was a fair selection of cereals. But if a let down to an otherwise nice stay!

Close to the shops, the rooms were comfortable and the bed was nice, the staff were also lovely.

Room was not made up on the second day? No idea why housekeeping did not seem to work on Sunday? Very limited menu available. Quite a few stains on the carpet.

Our tv kept switching off on certain channels. Think the connection wasn't great. But didn't voter us really.

The breakfast was a massive let down. The sausages were burnt, the hash browns tasted like they’d been sat in water. Wasn’t much of a selection for a cooked breakfast.
