the room was spotless and the bed was very comfortable. The check in process was efficient and quick. The staff were friendly. The breakfast was good. Overall, I enjoyed my stay and I intend to return.

The property has a large car park which is located to your car when you stay…the place itself clean and tidy with heating so warm.Food was good and lots of choice…rooms where clean and spacious.would recommend.

Left waiting for quite a while at check in. Staff over stretched at breakfast, took hot drink order and never brought them out. Shower pressure wasn't great in the room. Felt overpriced due to increased rates Saturday night two weeks before Christmas.

Ample free parking at the hotel. Although not in the city centre, it was only short drive (£7 Uber) to get there for an event we were attending at the Motorpoint Arena. Standard modern HIE room for family of 4 (2 x double beds) which give enough space for a short trip.

We were there for event at Motor Point Arena so location was perfect. Ordered an Uber for 6 cost £10 and took 5 minutes. Would definitely stay again when attending events. Good price. Very clean

Contact lenses on carpet when I arrived and pen stains on bed sheets and hairs. Windows need sound proofing or move glass bottle bins as was right above them and it's very loud when they empty the bottles when people trying to sleep.

On our last morning (16 Oct) - tradies woke us up at 7.00 am as they were jackhannering the tiles off the in the bathroom above us. Very intrusive and ear deafing. Shame - as it did put a damper on our visit. The hotel advertise that if u forgot anything they can help - our shower cap was ripped and when we ask if they had any available they advised us that they did not have any - suggest they do not advertise that can help u with toiletries any more.

We had a great stay but if I was being picky.... The coffee wasn't great and the pillows not wonderful

The staff friendliness with not just me but also engaging with my 5yr old was great. I always feel warm and safe when staying with Holiday Inn. Clean and modern rooms. Wonderful breakfast.
