Rooms so so small

I would like the hotel re emotion to pick up the phone ! I left a pink dress there on 18 th may , 2024 and no one answers the phone ! Left or hanging there and no one there to help me. Very disappointed indeed 0034 686359268

The room is tiny, it basically only fits a bed. Even fitting my suitcase was a problem. There is a place to hang a coat, everything else stays in the suitcase. No table or anywhere to eat at (I tried eating on the bed picnic style). Most of the items in the room except for the metal bedframe are in various states of disrepair, but functional.

Location is good, the staff was helpful, the room was quiet (no noise from outside or from other guests). Wifi is included. Bed is OK, clean and comfortable. Ensuite bathroom is clean. Nothing is really broken / unusable. There is a small (very old) fridge (unplugged, so cannot confirm if it works). The photos of the room are pretty honest and informative, so I knew what to expect. Very close to Holland park (a great place!), within an hour walking distance to a lot of things.

Room was very smaller than we saw in the picture. We could not even find a place to put our bags and staff. You are opening door and there is a bed and bathroom no more other empty place, especially for two people it is hard to even move.There was no table and chair. Come to the room and just sleep. And there was no slipper be carefull bring your slipper with you. But cleaning was ok. And people on the desk was helpfull.

Size of the room was too small. The piping was awful and there was a snail on the wall. Could not open the Window No storage for the clothes.

The mattress was old and stained , and there should be a mattress and pillow protection on the beds. I found the room very hot

Very small place, almost claustrophobic. We felt like Harry Potter living under the stairs. It is not looking like in the pictures. We had a view to the garbage area - at least they could put a plant pot in front of the vindow, to block that view High price for such quality.

Close to the bus station, line 49 and C1 (leading to Victoria Coach Station) Nice street view, safe location. At least 30-40 minutes by bus to the center.

I did asked for hanger for my coat, but hanger sent is with nail instead of hook. How can I hang my coat with that nail ??

Walls were peeling paint, receptionist was not friendly and not made to feel welcome, not informed about wifi or any other check-in information, no towels provided

Rooms are very small, only suitable to really sleep in and very basic facilities there.

Great location, just off the main road in Kensington and a few minutes walk from Kensington Olympia. Served a purpose for us as we needed somewhere cheap to stay.

About a 15 minute walk to Shepherds Bush tube station and limited shops in the immediate vicinity.

Small room covered mostly by the large bed. Paint peeling off walls needs redecorated badly slow checking in guests opening locked main door for other guest check in do receptions not do that bit

I know it's only a 2star but very disappointed with it and not worth the money. The room was extremely compact, went to swing my legs out of the bed and hit the wardrobe it's that compact, nowhere to put your suitcase. I don't know when they clean but the amount of dust on the hairdryer (wouldn't use it was that bad) and tv. The curtain was stained and didn't want to touch it.

The location is the only this I can say was good.
