We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.

United KingdomThe bathroom showers stank. The bathroom doors didn’t have locks. There were no curtains in the room. The Studio room was advertised as a 4 bed when it’s actually a 3 bed. One of the beds in the gold room broke as soon as my friend lay down on it. There were no staff. There was no wifi code anywhere.
The facilities were great and the beds were comfortable enough.

South AfricaI booked a family room ( double bed and 2 singles), and the room only had 3 single beds ( one bunk, 1 single). The springs in the bunk beds made the beds uncomfortable. The rude cleaner started banging doors elsewhere on the property soon after 8am. The telephone number for the property tang to voice-mail, and my messages via Booking.com were only responded to in the earl hours of the morning...and referred to calling the number that rang to voice-mail The extraction fan in the bathroom did not work

United KingdomYou get what you pay for. We stayed in the family room. Bed was not comfortable (could feel the springs from the mattress), only hand towels provided and not proper bath towels, and the room had broken curtains. Cleaning person busted into the room without knocking at 10 am. This is a hostel and not a hotel, please be aware.
Room and toilet very clean. Check-in was easy. Great location.

We called the number provided and no one answered, there was no staff we could see on site to assist and so we left to other accommodation and still haven't had a response from the out of hours whatsapp (3 days later).

GermanyWhen I arrived at the accommodation I couldn't open the message to check the door code. After some time I was let in by another visitor as there is no stuff on site. The customer support is horrible and after explaining my problem via phone, I was put on hold and the call ended after 15 minutes of waiting. Afterwards I couldn't reach anybody anymore. Besides that, I was able to see one of the rooms (opened by another visitor) and it didn't really look appealing at all. As I couldn't get any information where to find and how to enter my room, I had to look for another place to stay but wasn't too sad about it as there are way nicer places in the area.

United KingdomEvening, Firstly I'd like to say communication via telephone was no good. I rung this morning to seek advice and reassurance in checking in/entry regarding my stay at your Swansea premises today. The communication barrier wasn't very good and I had to hang up the call without the information I need. This I wasn't going to bring up, until I arrived at your property at 4pm to go into the bedroom to find only one top bunk available the other bunk was taking by someone else who wasn't around but their belongings were. Two other visitors were at the room at this time and said no-one had been in to clean today even though there was a lady cleaner there at 10am this morning. I have now left the property and would like a refund as soon as! I'm soo dissapointed!
